L'appartement est, en tous points, conforme à la description qui en est faite: bien situé, à proximité de (bons) restaurants et de commerces mais dans une rue calme. L'immeuble est moderne, le garage facilement accessible. L'appartement lui-même est propre, confortable et bien équipé. Mais j'ai surtout apprécié la disponibilité et réactivité de Samir, son propriétaire. Il répond dans les deux minutes à tout courriel; par exemple, j'ai eu un souci pour utiliser la TV; courriel à Samir; dix minutes après sa soeur m'appelle et me dit comment procéder; mon problème est résolu. La restitution de la caution de garantie a été instantanée. Le gardien Brahim est très efficace. Vraiment rien à re-dire! Je recommande sans réserve cet appartement pour une location. Merci Samir!

Location quartier Racine

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Casablanca et avons bien profité de cet appartement qui correspond très bien à la description faite sur le site de location. Un appartement très propre, bien entretenu et très bien situé dans l'un des beaux quartiers de Casablanca, RACINE. Les voisins dans l'immeuble étaient très discrets et calmes, aucun bruit comme si nous étions seuls dans l'imeuble. Proche de toutes les commodités, magasins, restaurants, plage, cinémas et boites de nuits, tout ce dont nous avions besoin avec nos 2 enfants, sauf la boite de nuit dans notre cas, car nos enfants sont petits poiur les emmener en boite de nuit. Les propriétaire sont très aimabes, très accueillants et serviables, ainsi que le gardien Brahim qui a toujours été disponible et prêt à rendre service si besoin. Je recommande cet appartement à toute personne jeune ou couple avec 2 enfants, car nous concernant mon mari, mes enfants en moi-même, nous y retournerons avec un très grand plaisir, puisque nous avons aussi beucoup aimé Casablanaca qui offre tout le confort dont nous avons besoin en vacances. Propriétaire a l écoute et très reactif si un soucis se présente et pour ce qui est du gardien Ibrahim il est super serviable, l'appartement est sympa il dispose de toutes les commodités .J'ai passé une excelente semaine quartier agréable, calme et a proximité de tout...Je conseille donc très vivement je pense y revenir moi même
