Located at 1800m, in the heart of the mountain village of St. Catherine of Vars, only comprised of individual chalets, you are 5 minutes drive from the ski lifts and 10 minutes from the heart of the Vars Les Claux, free municipal shuttles passing every 15 minutes at 100 meters from the chalet to take you there.
Unique, 5 minutes from the ski slopes of the resort of Vars our spacious cottage is ideal for holidays with family or friends. You will feel 'at home' and appreciate its user-friendliness. Very functional because of its space and its plan, this cottage offers all the comfort needed to spend a stay that is both sporty and cozy: large living / dining room with adjoining kitchen, multiple bedrooms with storage closets, bathrooms on each floor, mountain setting. There are board games available, cartoons for kids (and adults ...). It is south facing with terrace and balcony and has a beautiful view of the mountains of Pelvoux and Essyna.
This very large family cottage can accommodate up to 14 guests, and 300m2 on three floors. It comprises :
7 bedrooms of two people (14 beds): two single beds (pushed together or not) in 6 bedrooms + a bedroom with a double bed. 5 bathrooms, 2 baths with hooves / showers, 3 with showers. 3 separate toilets, one on each floor. The living / dining room is a friendly 35 m2. The kitchen is very comfortable: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, washing machine.
3 floors: the ground floor there are two bedrooms, two showers, a toilet + entry.
