This is a wonderful vacation home with great beach access! Enjoy the large deck with a view of the ocean. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1650 square feet with a fully equipped kitchen will be easy to enjoy your vacation. Folly beach has many shops, restaurants and bars on Center St that you can enjoy with your family. There are also rental companies on Folly Beach that you can rent bikes, kayaks, golf carts and more to fully enjoy all Folly Beach as to offer!

Note:
1. With the interest of full disclosure. This house is on a double lot. There is a 4 story house on the same lot obstructing some of the ocean views. The house has been priced with this in mind. That being said, you have great views of the ocean and a 25 yard walk to the beach. You are getting a front beach house at a 2nd row price. No crossing the street and a nice boardwalk to the beach.
2. The house is not perfect. We get hit with severe weather (hurricanes, corrosion from the salt air, etc.) We work hard to keep it up, but it's not always perfect. If perfect is what you want, then please rent a hotel room.

This beach house was in a greatlocation for our family. We were out of the congestion of the business district and the beach was easy to access. It is literally 50 steps away. It is nicely decorated though the furniture is a bit worn. My wife found the mattress to be too soft for her comfort. The beach is wide and gently sloped but has enough wave action to attract surfers. Our grandkids and our dog had a blast. The fenced yard was very nice to have for the dog as well. I definitely recommend this beach house.

Nice place on the remote side of Folly Beach. Easy access to the beach for swimming or fishing. The water was warm in June. You can walk to the lighthouse area and see dolphin, crabs, and other nature. I identified 54 avian taxa.

We had an outstanding experience with this host. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. The views were amazing and so easy to walk to the beach. We brought our dogs and was so nice to have a fenced in yard. The house was very clean and had everything you could ask for. There is not one negative thing I could say. We would definitely stay here again and would look forward to it. 100% recommend

Loved our stay at the beach/ this home. You can tell the owners have created many memories in this home and have created a space that can feel so cozy and at home. From the wonderful bedding to fully stocked kitchen, we were so thankful for all the details that were thought through. Some little hiccups here and there, but our host was super responsive and addressed anything very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the condition of the property was significantly different from what I reasonably expected based on the listing, and I encountered multiple issues that affected my privacy, comfort, cleanliness, and overall enjoyment of the stay.Immediately before check-in, the property manager, Tyler, informed me that the dishwasher was broken and that the necessary parts would not arrive until the following week.What I discovered after arriving, however, was much more serious.Shortly after checking in, While I was on the beach, I turned around and saw a woman carrying a suitcase walking down the stairs from the property I had rented. I had not been informed that another person would be entering or staying in the home. There was also a large bachelorette party at the property, with approximately eight women and ten vehicles. At one point, one of their vehicles blocked my car in. Tyler ultimately contacted them and the vehicles were moved.Unfortunately, the condition of the rental itself was not what I expected Visible black mold throughout the house, including on the ceilings, around ceiling fans, around the air-conditioning areas, in the bathrooms, and inside the dishwasher.- Bugs on the bathroom countertops.- A broken garbage disposal that could not be turned on and was producing a strong, pungent odor from the drain.- Holes and significant damage to the furniture and chairs.- An overall level of dirt, deterioration, and poor maintenance that was not consisten

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Seascape! We loved being so close to the beach and an uncrowded stretch of it. The two houses between the home and the ocean only obstructed the view a little -- we still had plenty of view to enjoy. This is a gem of a home. Two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are on the first floor, with the third bedroom and en suite bathroom on the second. The beds were extremely comfortable and the downstairs shower was nice and roomy. My bad knees appreciated that the stairs in front and out back had landings for resting. The home had most of what we needed to have a comfortable stay. It was nice to have the choice between making a pot of coffee or using the Keurig for a quick cup on the go. We had a couple of questions during the week and the homeowner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Second visit and will be back!

We had a fantastic second stay at this house. It’s well situated for our dog with the fenced in yard and deck. Access to the beach, beach chairs and sand toys were great for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Until next time!

Greatest place to stay in Folly Beach

Place was clean. Ever thing needed to cook ourselfs when needed. Convient to beach and places to eat. Honestly within steps to beach from back door, we really enjoy our trip. Place had plenty room for our family of 4 adults and 1 child.Definitly would stay again.
