For a change of pace, historic Downtown Charleston, with its cobblestone streets, fine dining, and rich history, is only a 25-minute drive.

Notes
Please note: This property is located in a quiet residential community. Folly Beach has a strict one-strike noise ordinance policy. Please respect the neighbors, keep noise to a minimum, and do not host parties.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.
Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system. We will provide the access code before your arrival date.
There is plenty of parking in the back lot of the property.
We do not provide beach equipment, but guests are welcome to use anything available at the property.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Pets are considered. All pets must be approved by our office before arrival. Upon approval, a $150 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee per pet is due before arrival. If the fee is not already included in your reservation, it will be added.

Pet restrictions:
One pet maximum
No more than 40 pounds
No puppies under one year old
No cats
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA and are subject to approval and applicable fees before arrival.

Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the property.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, and similar gatherings are prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is 10 people at any time during the stay.

Payment Policy
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before check-in and will be charged to the card on file.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Noise Monitoring Disclosure
MyOceanRental strives to maintain a peaceful environment for guests, neighbors, and the Folly Beach community. To comply with Folly Beach's strict noise ordinance, noise-monitoring sensors are used at the property.
NoiseAware is a privacy-compliant smart-home device that measures decibel levels only. It does not listen to or record conversations.
If noise levels exceed the legal limit established by the City of Folly Beach, guests will receive a friendly text reminder requesting that the noise be reduced. This helps prevent police violations, fines, and potential revocation of the homeowner's business license.
If occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and require guests to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
