Ocean One 401 is back on Seashore Vacations rental program for the first time since 2013. Remodeling began in December 2018 so look for new photos in early spring 2019. #401 has a brand new owners eager to give their guests the best Beach Vacation! The views from this 4th floor condo can't be beat. There are 2 of the 4 bedrooms facing the ocean ... stroll out your slider onto the ocean front patio straight to the beach.
The condo has 3 Full Baths, and has a King, King, 2 Doubles, 2 Twins + Sofa Bed. The living room also has a large patio entertaining area for the pleasant evenings to enjoy the ocean breeze. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.Vacationers return year after year to this complex because of the convenience to Coligny Plaza. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance, or that evening ice cream craving.

Lovely spacious condo
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious with 4 bedrooms and nicely appointed. Loved the access to the pool and beach. Management office was professional and helpful since the property is under construction, and assisted us with changing our date. They were responsive to an issue that the HOA requested also. Since we were on the end of the building, we enjoyed the live music coming from the hotel next door, while sitting on our balcony in the early evening. We had wonderful weather!

Beautiful View!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice and the view was beautiful, but the beds were not so nice. Master bedroom's comforter and shams were white and very dingy and stained, and the pillows smelled so bad. BR#2, had two full beds, one bed had a dip in the middle so large, it was uncomfortable for 2 ppl and the bathroom was not the cleanest. BR#3, was the best out of the 4 and BR#4, had 2 AIR MATRESSES! What!!?? Why?? And the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned before our stay-hair in the shower drain and, on the wall, and crumbled soap in the corner of the shower. A unit as nice as 401 and IS NOT CHEAP to rent, should not have uncomfortable beds, air mattresses, and should be very clean, like the way you would want your own home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: sh containers. Cabinet door in bathroom with tub hinge is sprung ?? The freezer drawer seems to slide in unevenly. The music at the Holiday Inn was extremely loud. We could not have a conversation on the balcony with the loud bands especially Friday and Saturday. HHIshould adopt laws for lower decibel levels. LOL
