This property is spacious, recently renovated, well equipped for beach and family activities, and easily accessible to the beach. Our family enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again during our next visit to Sea Pines.

Family beach trip

All in all, this was the best property we have ever stayed at in Hilton Head. The place was beautiful, well appointed and in the perfect location. I cannot more highly recommend this home. We had a great time and will be back to this property year after year!

Girls trip

Perfect home for a girls’ weekend! It's a beautiful neighborhood, ideal for a bike ride or run. Close to food and a few steps from the beach! The highlight of our stay was seeing dolphins every afternoon at the beach.

Everything was fantastic! Took 9 teenagers and had beds and baths for everyone to sleep comfortably. The two living rooms gave a lot of space for parents to be separated from kids. Enjoyed the beach chairs and the fully stocked kitchen equipment. A storm off the ocean was enjoyed from the back deck. The beach is steps away, easy to pop down for an hour without a ton of effort. All in all better than we could have hoped!

Jennifer retired from the TV News Business in 2011 to help her husband, Fabio Miotto, operate their rapidly growing Hardscapes, Screen Porch and eventually Pool business.

Jennifer is a fully licensed and bonded residential contractor and a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of South Carolina. Her knowledge and experience in both of these realms made the move to vacation property management a natural transition, as it combines two of the passions she is licensed and experienced in. In addition to this, Jennifer has carved a niche in the Hilton Head Vacation Property world by decorating and furnishing her homes with simple but modern and upscale design. Her properties have an endless amount of unique features like Lowcountry swing beds on the porch, over the top themed kids rooms (this feature is extremely rare on Hilton Head Island), Keurig Coffee Makers in the master bath and kitchen, beautiful duvets from shops like Pottery Barn and West Elm, chic and modern pool and deck spaces that extend the homes interior into a luxurious outdoor retreat.
