This light filled, beautifully decorated beach home has comfortable living spaces to unwind...a lovely living room and sunroom (with day bed and a trundle). The sliding doors to the screened porch where sunlight filters through the trees creates its own relaxing space as you sip cool drinks and unwind from a fantastic day at the beach! In the dining area, your friends and family can gather around the island table that has seating for 6 - perfect for sharing stories from your day. The nearby kitchen has a well stocked kitchen ready to prepare those gourmet meals. On the first level, the guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds. A trundle bed in the sunroom, open to the kitchen, can accommodate additional guests. Head to the second floor primary bedroom which has a King bed with access to an en suite bathroom. Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

There is non-refundable pet fee which is added to the cost of the rental if bringing your dog.
