Inside, the open floor plan is designed for relaxation. The great room features an oversized sectional, a 58" Smart TV, and sliding doors leading to a private back deck with outdoor dining for eight, rockers, and additional seating. The dining area includes a large farmhouse table for 10+ guests, complemented by a breakfast bar with three stools. The fully equipped kitchen boasts custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a beverage refrigerator, and a grilling deck with a Weber propane grill. A laundry room, powder room, and an attached garage with an extra refrigerator add convenience.

● Master Suite (Main Level): King bed, 42” TV, walk-in closet, and a renovated en-suite bath with quartz double vanity, barn door, and large tiled walk-in shower. A connected sunroom features a trundle daybed and a desk—perfect for kids or remote work.
● King Suite (Upper Level): King bed, private bath with quartz vanity, and tub/shower combo.
● Queen Bedroom (Upper Level): Queen bed, 43” TV, shared Jack & Jill bath with quartz vanity and shower.
● Bunk Room (Upper Level): Two twin-over-full bunk beds with trundles (sleeps 6), 43” TV, shared Jack & Jill bath.
A bonus loft area upstairs provides an additional gathering space with a sofa, chair, wall-mounted TV, and access to a screened porch—great for kids or a quiet retreat.
