This beautiful home is conveniently located across the street from the Steamboat Springs base area in the Phoenix at Steamboat. This property spans across 3 levels and can sleep up to 16 people. There is a large and welcoming living area with a Queen-size sofabed, 60" flat-screen smart TV, gas fireplace, dining for 6 (plus 4 at the bar stools), and a fully stocked kitchen with large countertop/bar. The kitchen is equipped with all of the pots, pans and utensils you will need to cook for the family.

Please be aware that this townhome spans across three levels with no elevator. The main level offers one King bedroom, the 2nd bedroom has two Twin-over-Full bunk beds (so it can sleep up to 6 people). There is one King bedroom in the upstairs master bedroom which has a flat-screen TV and private reading area with extra sleeping capacity (1 Full-size sofabed). The downstairs studio has 1 King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a small kitchenette for whipping up a quick meal!
Relax outside and enjoy the mountain air on the main level patio and cook up some dinner on the electric grill! There is an additional outdoor deck in the bottom level bedroom.

AMENITIES:
Phoenix Townhomes are located in the mountain base area just 75 yards from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short 2-3 minute walk from your front door, or a short ride on the Free Private Shuttle! Phoenix Townhomes offer FREE WIFI and an outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and an exercise facility with sauna. The clubhouse also offers a pool table. Please note that amenities may be unavailable in the off-season and for maintenance without notice.

GETTING AROUND:
The Phoenix is located one block away from the ski area on Apres Ski Way, just a short walk to the Gondola. Winter shuttle service for transportation to grocery stores and downtown Steamboat Springs.

Spring break 2025

The condo was as advertised and great location. Easy to get to slopes and everything else. Skiing was walkable but a bus will pick you up at the front door. This is an ideal rental property great for a big family!

The perfect place to stay with a group.

The property was clean and had everything we could need. The rooms were all perfect for our big group to have their own beds and rooms. Close to everything we needed and the stop for the free bus to downtown was right out the door. Would highly recommend.

Great ski condo for multiple families!

The condo was perfect for our group of 10. I would highly recommend it for other families traveling together. Friendly service, walk to the gondola, easy access to the heated pool and hot tub, and good sized bedrooms.

Steamboat family reunion

We love the Phoenix property. Units are nice and clubhouse is great for gatherings. Pool, hot tubs ad BBQ area is nice too. This is the 2nd time at the Phoenix. Will be back next year!

Amazing Property, Location, and Communication

Steamboat is beautiful, and this property did not disappoint. I'm glad I booked with SkyRun because the communication with the GM, Taylor, was amazing. This was a perfect home to spend a weekend with family. Being only minutes to downtown but having a pool onsite if we wanted to stay in was the perfect mix for our vacation. I will be back.
