"Flying Fish" Bay Front Home!! Fishing Pier outside your front door

Our sweet coastal cabin, we’ve named Flying Fish, is perfectly situated on San Antonio Bay in Seadrift, Texas. Walk out your front door and enjoy your morning coffee, sitting on the best front porch with the best view in the area. Watch the pelicans feed and porpoises play from your own private oasis. You can walk down to the public lighted fishing pier any time you like and throw in a line.

Our home offers sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an adjacent room with a full sized bed, perfect for a small family. One guest room has 2 full sized beds and the last guest room has a bunk bed. There are 2 full bathrooms. This home has a full size stacked washer and dryer for guests to use. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, electric stove/oven and all the other necessities to help you feel right at home. The kitchen, living room and dining area are designed with an open floor plan with beautiful views of the bayfront and water. In addition to the oversized wrap around porch there is a sunning platform on the side of the house, allowing for more privacy.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please have all dishes washed. The drying rack is stored under the sink on the right and it is fine to leave the dishes drying on the rack on the counter.
Trash cans are located on the outside wall to the left of the garage. Please place trash in the cans.
Please leave the beds unmade so that we know which beds have been used. No need to strip them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The fee per night covers up to 6 guests. Additional guests, up to 8, will be $50 per person per night.
Upon check out please wash all dirty dishes and leave to dry in the drying rack. Food draws roaches, which can be an issue here at the coast.
Please sleep between the top sheet and fitted sheet to help preserve the top comforters length of use. (Who knew I would have to make this a “rule”)😃

We live in the area, but had family coming over and we needed more space. Wow...didn't know the bay could look this good! We thoroughly enjoyed waking up and having on coffee on the front porch, and watching the little pod of dolphins hanging around the pier both mornings!It was a very comfortable place for me and my family! Highly recommend!

Excellent space! Beautiful view. Very clean. Only thing that surprised us was the master bedroom (king bed) did not have attached bathroom and the other room with two futons and bunks did have attached bathroom. Also, one bathroom did not have bathroom fan that worked. Other than those minor details, the space was outstanding! Would definitely return.

A great getaway with a view

The property was exactly as advertised, very spacious and clean. The wraparound front porch has a beautiful view of the bay and the fishing pier is just a short 1 minute walk away. We will definitely be staying here again!
