Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not clean fish on the premises or dispose of fish carcasses in trash cans. Clean fish by the bay and feed fish/birds in the water with carcasses.
Having more guests that reserved for will be $75/per additional person per night or immediate termination of your stay and there will be NO refund.
No smoking or vaping of ANY kind in the house or near doors. If smell or burnt marks are found in the property, host will seek a $500 cleaning fee
