The stunning property is on an acre and a half & has 150 feet of private waterfront. 15 minutes from the picturesque town of Brockport, 30 minutes from Rochester, 60 minutes away from Niagara Falls and 75 minutes from Beautiful Letchworth National Park. You can launch your boat at Bald Eagle Marina a 5 minute drive or take a 5 minute drive to the sandy beaches Hamlin Beach State Park. Like to fish ? Salmon Charters are available minutes away at Eagle Creek & Point Breeze marinas. Take a short drive to Rochester and visit the Strong National Museum of Play, Seneca Park Zoo, George Eastman Museum or enjoy Shopping at Greece Ridge Mall or Eastview Mall in Pittsford.
