Family Summer Cottage, 0.1 mile from private beach

Cozy, family retreat that has 2 bedrooms upstairs (one has a queen size bed the other has a full size bed), one small bedroom downstairs that has a bunkbed (great for kids) and the living room has a sleeper sofa that has a queen size air mattress. It has a 4 piece bathroom, full service kitchen as well as a gas grill outside. The cottage is located on a quiet street within 0.1 mile walking distance to a beautiful, private beach. But parking is located nearby, and there is one parking pass for the cottage. Also, there will be an ice cream truck that comes around about lunchtime and stays for most of the afternoon. We do have beach chairs and an an umbrella that you may use. The ocean is calm, and during low tide, it has a great sand bar for kids to play on. The property is only a couple miles from Niantic Center, which hosts great dining, family entertainment, live bands, and a great boardwalk (that has Gumdrops & Lollipops Candy & Ice Cream located right next to it) that hugs the coastline.
