Come and enjoy your stay at The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake. We have excellent snowbird rates for winter guests. Located in the heart of wine country, our cottage is the perfect place for you and your family to relax, unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views of the valley and the warmest lake in Canada!
There are countless amenities only steps from your door. Bike to the Burrowing Owl Winery, relax at the heated pools, swim in the warmest lake in Canada, go kayaking, canoeing or boating, enjoy a round of golf, or spend the day enjoying the beach and sand. Whatever your age or interests the Osoyoos Cottages have something for you. Don't miss Canada's best wine festival, the Festival of the Grape during the first week of October. The Apex Alpine Ski Resort is only an hour and 30 min away and provides access to some of the best powder in the Okanagan.
The Main floor features an open and comfortable living room which is a great spot to relax, play games, visit, hang out and watch movies or enjoy free access to Netflix. The kitchen is open and a perfect spot to start the day or enjoy a family meal. The master bedroom features a Queen bed and ensuite, the kids bedroom has 1 bunk bed (twin over double) and there is a second bathroom on the main floor. A washer and dryer are also on the main floor for convenience. The cottage is equipped with an ECO-Friendly geothermal system for air conditioning and heating.
The second floor features a third bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a common area that has a sectional couch to relax and read a book or it can be pulled out to provide an extra bed. The screened-in patio creates a great space to enjoy meals, play cards or relax with friends and family. The out door patio has chairs and loungers as well as a BBQ. As a guest you will also have access to the clubhouse which includes amenities such as two outdoor pools, hot tubs and a fitness studio.

Ideal setting for family vacation

The cottage was well equipped for cooking big family dinners, relaxing and enjoying time together. The lakeside setting was great for spending time on the beach and on the water. The location of the resort is picturesque with easy access to the restaurants, stores and fruit stands and hikes in and around Osoyoos. Great place for a reunion with family members of all ages!

perfect for family get together

Our group had 4 adults and 4 grandchildren, weather was hot but unit was close to the clubhouse and pool. Unit had berth at dock for rental speed boat. Beach clean and water near shore quite shallow, safe for young children. Lots of dishes and glassware. Patio area at unit well shaded during the day and very pleasant in the evening. Summer cottage atmosphere at complex.

Best stay at The Cottages!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rich and Justine’s vacation home at The Cottages. The location was ideal, backing onto a green space and being only meters from the Clubhouse/Pool/Gym and the playground. You can’t see the playground from the cottage, but it is only about 100m away. We were able to give our kids the freedom they deserve on a vacation, and allowed them to roam freely on their bikes/scooters throughout the complex. The cottage had plenty of space for our two families and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the loft space also had a closed off bedroom, so there were three bedrooms in total plus the pullout couch in the loft. All the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and supplies as if it was a home. We also loved having the outdoor dining table in the screened in porch and the fire table on the patio. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful cottage perfectly situated near the playground, Pool and beach but on the quiet side of the the facilities rather than the busy side. Everything you need in the cottage. Comfortable bed and bedding. Clean throughout. Owner was very responsive so overall a great experience. We’ll be back again!

Great place

Rich was super helpful and the cottage was great for two families with 4 kids. The bed in the loft is a great play space for the kids and a good extra bed if you have young kids who don’t sleep well with others in the same room.

A wonderful getaway!

We had a great stay at The Cottages and Rich and Justine were great hosts. Their cottage is comfortable, clean and very well appointed. Beds were cozy and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The grounds were so quiet and clean. We loved the sandy beach which was private and not too busy. The pool was wonderful too. Even though Osoyoos village is nearby, we never wanted to leave The Cottages! We will definitely return.

Very Enjoyable.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The home is very centrally located within the compound. You can easily walk to the pool and playground and the beach is only a couple of minutes further away. We chose this one because it had a great walk out at the balcony space onto a grassy area where the kids could play. Overall the unit was very clean and well organized and had everything you would need to cook and enjoy your stay. Thanks Rich

A great place to spend a few weeks!

Overall we were very pleased with our accommodations. The master bedroom was a little smaller than we had expected and there was no dresser which was a little inconvenient. It would have been nice to have a second TV as well. Otherwise we would say it is a great place to spend a few weeks. The Cottages is perfect for dog owners. This was our first winter in the Okanagan and we were glad to have spent it at the Cottages!

Family vacation in the Okanagan sun.

We has a wonderful week in the cottages on Osoyoos Lake. Rich's cottage was fantastic. Everything was as advertised. The screened patio was great for sitting out at any time of the day. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The facilities at the Cottages are great and the grounds are so nice for walking in. We would definitely like to return.

Fabulous trip

We stayed at this lovely cottage June 2019. We managed to comfortably fit 4 adults and 5 children in the home,( the 2 sets of bunk beds in 1 bedroom is great!!) The home is well appointed. Everything is there for the kitchen/bbq. Beds are super comfy and the home was very clean when we arrived. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. Always returned calls and emails during the booking process and was only a text away with any questions during our stay. We hope to return later in the summer!!
