Relax in the luxury of a beautiful, 3 bedroom, third floor oceanfront condo. Located in the magnificent Kingston Plantation at the North end of Myrtle Beach. From the moment you open the double entry doors to the condo you realize the resplendent elegance of this beautifully furnished and decorated 2500 square foot condo. As you walk into the palatial 24 foot great room you are drawn to the balcony and the majestic view of the pools, beach and ocean below you.

Our condo is located in the Margate Tower of the gated resort at Kingston Plantation. It has 3 bedrooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen, 3 baths, a full size washer and dryer, and sleeps 10. Kingston Plantation is a one-of-a-kind lush landscaped resort, several wonderful restaurants. It's everything you want and expect from a luxury condo.

While you are relaxing at Kingston Plantation you will think you are worlds away from the hassles of every day life, in reality you are minutes away from Myrtle Beach's Restaurant Row, the unique shopping experiences of Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet mall, The Carolina Opry , the Alabama theater, and so much more. If shopping and theaters are fine but you want to hit the links, you are just a short drive from over 100 of the countries finest golf courses.

It's all here at our Kingston Plantation condo and it's waiting for you. Myrtle Beach is easy to get to, just a day's drive from most eastern and mid-west locations. The near by Myrtle Beach airport is serviced by several airlines. The weather is great all year long.

Spring Break Fun.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our group consisted of three generations including two seniors with mobility issues and a five year old. Everyone felt right at home. The host pays attention to details. The unit was well stocked, the view excellent, and the host was very responsive. We are already planning a return trip.

Beautiful Condo and Setting

The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Its decor was a feast for our eyes. The building was lovely as were its surrounding pools and gardens. It was simply a beautiful place for a vacation.

We loved the condo and it’s location. Deck looks over pool and ocean. The weather was perfect and we were able to sit outside every evening. Owner was great to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely condo, but`

We had a lovely time and it is a beautiful condo but not very disability friendly. My husband has Parkinson's disease and was very fearful of your showers with no grab bars. I purchased 2 suction grab bars while we were there which solved the problem. It would be a good addition to have grab bars in the showers and next to the toilets.

Fabulous

There was plenty of space for the 7 of us to stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was accessible. The laundry was right off the kitchen with a door that shut it off from the rest of the condo—this made it both convenient and quiet. We appreciated having beach chairs and other beach items for our use already at the condo. The owners were very communicative and quick to respond. The location was perfect. Early morning sun on the balcony leads to shade the rest of the day. It’s a great place to read or have a cup of coffee. Both the beach and the pool are just steps away. This is a great place to stay!

Disappointing

When we walked in the condo we were hit with a sewage smell and the master bedroom smelled bad. The property manager said the cleaner smelt this too in the am. They didnt even warn us. The place was dirty. The pool is not heated and the hot tub was luke warm. We were very sad. We stayed before and it was good.

Amazing

We have stayed in a lot of different condos. I have to say when we walked into this condo, it was the nicest and cleanest that we have ever stayed in. The Margate itself is the nicest and cleanest building we have ever stayed in. To top it all off, there were Steeler pictures in the laundry room and we are die hard Steeler fans coming from the Pittsburgh area!

Family Vacation

Beautiful property tastefully decorated and well equipped. Our only complaint ( bed linens were not changed) was beyond the owners control so we didn't even contact them. Evidently housekeeping needs more employees.

Beautiful

This is our second time staying at this building and have stayed several other places in Myrtle Beach. This is definitely one of our favorite properties! You will definitely feel safe in this community and the grounds are beautiful! The Starbucks is just a short walk a couple buildings over! Never any trouble finding parking. We had ten people with us and there was still plenty of room for everyone. The room is just as pictured and very clean. LOVED the “mudroom” (that’s what we call it in the Midwest, not sure if that’s what it’s called on the coast) where you could come in and leave shoes, beach things, wet things, and not track the mess into the condo. The pier is just a couple minute walk where there’s a beachside eatery that’s and the food is good. I like that there is a pool attendant (not a life guard) that monitors the pool area and people are not allowed to leave their things to “save” their seats, which allowed us to never have a problem finding chairs/tables when we were down there. Neil was prompt in responding to all my inquiries and check-in was a breeze. We had a great time!

5 Star Rental

My family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed this property! My husband and two kids went with my parents and my sister’s husband and kids. The spaciousness of each room really gave each family their own space while still letting us stay together. Everyone commented multiple times how well this condo unit worked out for us. The walk to the beach was easy and short. The pool was never crowded and always a nice place to go when we needed a break from the sand. The condo was stocked with pretty much everything we needed, and the beach chairs/tent/toys were so nice to have there ready for us! Neil was an amazing and accommodating host, quick to respond to any inquiry. Everything really was wonderful. Our only issue was cell phone service in the unit. We all had T-Mobile and had to walk out on the balcony for the person on the phone to be able to hear us. There really isn’t anything the host could do to help that, just something we struggled with. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all! Favorite restaurants while visiting: Flying Fish, Boardwalk Billy’s, Taco Mundo, and a unplanned visit to Spanky’s at the entrance to Kingston Plantation actually turned into a great meal! Thanks, Neil, for opening your place to us! We made some great family memories!
