A Sought After End Unit Directly and Closest to the Beach
Why choose the North Tower? The Resort has two buildings or Towers. The North Tower has all of the amenities. These include the larger and nicest of all of the pools which gets sun the entire day. The pools in the South are also nice but are half covered by shade by early afternoon. Certainly as a guest at Sea Watch you can use any of the pools with a short walk across the Resort if you are not in the North Tower. The North Tower also has Captain Cove's ocean front restaurant, Starbucks coffee/ice cream shop, the fitness center, game room. concierge, pool side tiki-bar and pool side DJ in the late spring and early fall months. This fun DJ plays some great music and games for all ages and is one of the hits at the Resort.

Awaken each morning to the sounds of the ocean, and fantastic views from either of our two oceanfront balconies. See the schools of porpoises right off the beach from either of these two balconies. We chose this gorgeous unit because of the popular floor plan and gorgeous views looking down the beach and the largest pool at Sea Watch. The unit has now been professionally decorated and is truly a gorgeous unit and upscale unit. The unit is located in the highly desirable North Tower which has all of the amenities. These amenities include the Captain's Cove ocean front restaurant, pool side tiki-bar, pool side DJ twice a week during the spring and summer seasons, concierge, game room, fitness center, ice cream /coffee shop in season, and the larger of all of the pools. This large pool gets full sun the entire day. The pools in the South Tower are also very nice but are half covered by shade by early afternoon. Certainly as a guest at Sea Watch, you are free to use any of the pools. The master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own full bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with private access to the 2nd full bath, and the third bedroom has two full size beds. All beds have new mattresses. All the bedrooms have wall mounted 42 inch TVs.

The kitchen has been completed renovated with granite counter tops, an under mount sink, new refrigerator and flat top stove and pendant lighting over the kitchen bar. We have also installed a new washer and dryer in the unit.

The living room has all new furniture with a queen size pull out sofa with extra padding and custom draperies,, a new ceramic flooring in the living area, and a new 55 inch wall mounted TV. There is also new dining room furniture with kitchen bar stools to match and new lighting. It is truly a gorgeous unit as the many guest reviews state !

We stayed at the Seawatch Resort North Tower and it was great! Our hosts (Ken & Becky) were very responsive throughout the process of reserving the unit and throughout the stay. There is a very streamlined process of reserving which makes it very easy and very official. The resort itself is great! We were there the last week of March and the weather was a little chilly so we didn't get to spend a whole lot of time on the beach, but the indoor heated pool in the North Tower was very useful. **FYI SIBUMI SHADE OWNERS** Unfortunately the Shibumi shade is against Horry County ordinance to use. If you put it up they will make you take it down. We were there from 3/21/26 - 3/28/26 and while i did not receive a ticket i did receive a notice from a Horry County officer. Not much swimming happened in the outdoor pools since they are not heated and were very cold. We didn't order anything from the poolside tiki hut so I can't confirm the service/food/drink quality for that. The beach access is super helpful and very easy to get to. The dedicated spray off stations after you return from the beach make it very easy to clean off and makes for a clean pool area so there is not sand everywhere. The resort being on the North side of MB makes for a very quiet area. For us with 2 small children, this was ideal. The resort staff that we saw during our stay were very kind and always said "hello" and "have a good day". The stay was just what we needed and i would recommend the resort to anyone.

This place is the best to stay in Myrtle beach. The condo was perfect. Its centrally located . 5 minutes from walmart, 10 from Tanger outlets and barefoot landing. It has beautiful views of the ocean and pool from the two balconies.It was very clean. Comfortable beds and furniture. It has new appliances, which many places do not. The water pressure and temp was wonderful in the shower,especially the walk in. The sea watch it self is very family friendly and has many amenities other resorts do not. The host ken is the best host i have had. He goes above and beyond to help with any questions or problems you may. Very quick to respond and very helpful. I have been going to myrtle beach for 30 years since I was a kid and this was the best place I have stayed at.

Best and most needed vacation EVER!

We couldn't have picked a more beautiful, clean condo to stay in for our time away. It was fully loaded with any and everything you would need. The check-in process was seamless. We had the opportunity to meet with Ken, he is so nice and available for any questions. We are ready to go back next year and will definitely book Ken's condo again, nothing compares to his home away from home.

Nice to know the place is very clean and well decorated with a beautiful view and a well equipped kitchen. The complex had 3 pools down for maintenance, but we were never crowded or in need of a pool. Enjoyed Turtle Races, Bingo and S'mores. Been here several years and look forward to many more with our kids and grand kids.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely visit, even though Hurricane Debby tried to ruin it for us. The condo was well-stocked and comfortable. My only complaint is the kitchen table only seats 4 when the condo sleeps up to 10. Yes there are bar stools at the counter but we couldn’t all eat or play games together at one time. We had to contact the owner while there and they for back to me quickly. We would stay there again!

Great vacation

My family and I stayed in Ken's 6th floor condo and were very pleased with everything. Communication with Ken was absolutely perfect, when we arrived the condo was very clean and had everything you could possibility need. The kitchen is very well stocked,comfortable beds,beach chairs and toys for the kids in the closet,washer and dryer,board games and we loved the extra ice in the freezer. There was some construction going on under the north tower and the weather our last day wasn't great but that is no fault of Ken. We had a wonderful time and thank you for the bottle of wine, thank you Ken!

Amazing views all around

This home is in a very convenient area of Myrtle beach. The views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom were awesome. The owner was very nice, communicative and very prompt in responding.. He gave us suggestions on what we could do while here. The beds were super comfy. The showers were so powerful! The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you would require.. I loved that the home was so bright and sunny and I could see the birds, sea, people and everything from the kitchen window. We could see sunrise and sunsets from the balcony. It is a beautiful home and we would highly recommend it. Lots of shopping closeby too. All in all a great home in an ideal location. Our family had a memorable stay here. Jyothi

Amazing!

Our stay was amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. It was fully stocked with everything thing we could possibly need or want including cookware, dinnerware, utensils, linens, towels, beach gear, and so much more. The balcony views were perfect. The facility pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs were well maintained. The location is not too busy and parking is no problem. Close to Walmart and Kroger as well as many shops and restaurants. We had planned on going in late May/early June but canceled due to Covid-19. I was pleased to see a one week availability open when we felt things were less risky. Ken is awesome and made things as easy as possible. He also responded incredibly fast to every question I had. I highly recommend his condo, as do my teenage children who are difficult to please 😉 . We ourselves will be returning in the future.

Incredible Location, Fantastic Owners

Let me start by saying I almost never leave reviews,but I read them all the time before booking. The reason I'm leaving a review this time is not only because the property is incredible but because the owners Ken & Becky helped to make our vacation as good as it could be. Ken contacted me before our trip even started to review procedures and answer any questions. The pictures of the property are current & accurate as well as the listing. He has actually updated it from our visit. I'm a paraplegic and use a manual wheelchair his listing said many people in wheelchairs had rented it before. Our check-in could not have been any easier; we came through security who had our name on the list, parked in handicapped spot immediately in front of the building's doors under a parking deck, got a bell hop cart, went into one of the 4 fast elevators. We simply gave Ken a 4 digit code of our choice to use on the front door lock went into beautiful & clean condo unit. The whole unit is updated with wood & tile floors nice carpeting in bedrooms. Its decorated nicely with a beach theme throughout. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including Keurig. The fridge is great with a cold water line.The freezer was great because it has a huge Ice maker inside which we used daily - fill a team Gatorade cooler. The beds are very comfortable and TV's in all the rooms with cable. But the best part are the balconies. Smaller one facing ocean and can easily see down the beach all the way past pier. Second one is long from dining room to master bedroom, both have nice table and chairs including lounge chairs. You can see everything - the beach, pools, tiki bar, and the other buildings. This unit is in the North tower - all in shade until later in afternoons. Ok so you ask if there is anything wrong with the unit? Only if you are permanently in wheelchair. The bathroom entrances are only about 24" wide. My wheelchair is 26". I immediately messaged Ken and he always responds within a few minutes. He offered some ideas but nothing would have worked. So I used a dining room chair to transfer into which I ended up breaking. He went out and bought a chair on wheels that helped make it easier to get to commode and shower. They apologized several times but I assumed doors were wide enough. The whole building is clean including facilities. Restaurants/bar are great. You are close to everything in area. He has a lot of beach stuff in closet. sorry out of words

We now live in the North Myrtle Beach, originally from VA. We live only 15 minutes from the Resort so it is very convenient for us to manage our two units. We check behind our cleaning staff after every cleaning to make sure that things are in perfect order.

Why they chose this property

It's all about this great floor plan and the magnificent views from either of these two balconies, new owner's and professional decorated with so many upgrades, We waited a long time with this floor plan to become available. The unit has new flooring throughout, new furnishings, lighting, matching dining room and bar stools, new granite counter tops, a large 55 inch wall mounted TV, new wall mounted TV's in all of the bedrooms, new appliances and more. Recently we installed a contemporary walk in shower in the hall bath and is one of the few units to have a walk in shower.(All the baths and showers at this Resort including this unit is not wheel chair accessible)

The closeness of this unit to the beach and pools. The North Tower in which this unit is located, has all of the nice and desirable amenities one could ask for. This includes the Captain Coves ocean front restaurant, poolside tiki bar, game room, fitness center, Ice cream/coffee shop, and the larger and nicer of all of the pools. This pool gets full sun the entire day. The North Tower is the Tower with all of these amenities mentioned above and is the desirable tower at Seawatch.
