Awesome Oceanfront Views, Best Location, Beach right at the bottom of the steps!

In an oceanfront low-rise building, this 2 bedroom/2 bath third floor unit is located in the Arcadia section of Myrtle Beach on Shore Drive. Within easy walking distance, are restaurants, bars, and convenience stores, as well as gift shops, Apache Pier and Ocean Annie's. Just over a mile from 'Restaurant Row', midway between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing and only 1.5 miles from the Tanger Outlet Center.

And of course 'the Beach' is just at the bottom of the steps!

The living room is equipped with the comforts of home: cable TV, DVD player and queen sleeper sofa. We have a paperback library in case you forgot your beach book.
Eat in Kitchen includes: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and full size refrigerator/freezer. There are two dining areas; one in the kitchen (Seats 4) and one between the living room and kitchen (ocean-view that seats an additional 4!).
Pillow-top queen bed in master bedroom with private bathroom and 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom. TVs in each room.

F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions)
1. Rentals are weekly Sat-Sat from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

2. Rental fee quote is all inclusive of rent and state/local taxes. NO separate departure cleaning fee. Compare and save.

3. Rental linens and towels service can be prearranged for an additional fee ($60).

4. Unit is NON-SMOKING for the health and comfort of all our guests.

5. Check-in 3PM - Check-out 10AM (Sorry, not negotiable)

6. NO pets, NO motorcycles, NO trailers, NO EXCEPTIONS! These are APATB III HOA rules and property management will evict you from the property.

7. NO FIREWORKS Signs are posted, this is by Horry County ordinance and is enforced.

8. Unit sleeps six adults.

9. Private Travel insurance can be purchased by individuals on the internet if you are concerned about canceling your plans. Refunds will be made if unit is re-rented or mandatory evacuation.

10. A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. If the reservation is cancelled more than 90 days before arrival, deposit will be 100% refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made less than 90 days of the arrival date; forfeit the full advance payment. Early departure (other than mandatory evacuation) does not warrant a refund.

Great Location

We had a great stay! Location was awesome. Direct beach access, live music every night next door. We eventually learned of the I’ve cream and pizza place just down the street.

Spring Break Golf Trip

Ben and Donna have a great place and awesome location. Exactly as advertised and super easy to access. Steps to Ocean Annie's and a very short drive to some of the best golf Myrtle Beach has to offer. I will definitely stay here again on our next visit to MB.

We love this condo, the location is perfect for our family with Ocean Annie's next door, easy access to the beach, the inlet and fishing pier is within walking distance. Everything is provided in the condo that we needed, and communication with the owner is easy. We keep coming back to this condo as we love it!

Owners were in touch to make sure everything went smooth. Condo was beautiful and had a very fun and relaxing vibe. We could sit out on the balcony, enjoy the ocean view, enjoy the sunrise, and listen to evening music from Ocean Annies. Would definitely recommend!!!

Everything was as described. Place was clean and easy access to beach. Not having an elevator was inconvenient. The stove was difficult to cook on because it was very unlevel. Overall if was a nice place, and we enjoyed our time.

Absolutely AMAZING Condo

The condo was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked if you feel like cooking. The beach is steps away from the door and my absolute favorite was watching the sunrise from the balcony and listening to the live music from Ocean Annie’s next door in the evening.

Beatiful View, relaxing stay

My husband and I stayed here with our four children age 8-13. The condo was clean and accommodating. We had a fantastic view and easily spotted dolphins each morning! It is located close enough to a grocery store so we easily stocked up on our nesscary items. We highly recommend trying Art Burger and Sushi Bar that is just about 15mins away. Also we left more sand toys for the next family and were pleased to have access to beach chairs!!

Cozy, home-y condo. I'm surprised that no other reviews mentioned this, but the music from Ocean Annie's is **loud** in the master bedroom. They don't stop playing until 11pm, so if you're trying to go to bed earlier, like we were, you'll want to consider another place to stay. The view and the balcony are nice, and the beach supplies closet is great. Check in and out were very smooth. Condo could use some updating, but it was exactly as pictured in the listing - what you see is what you get! Decent location between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle.

Beach and lived in Myrtle Beach prior to moving to Charlotte in 1998, we found ourselves wanting to find a great beach destination for vacations with our young and growing family. Familiar with Myrtle Beach, we found just that in this condo!!!

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location... On the oceanfront off of restaurant row, this condo is in a wonderful location. 10-15 minutes north or south on 17 gets you to all the shopping, golfing and attractions the Grand Strand has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Best relaxation device ever.
