DIRECT OCEANFRONT - Central Air and Enlarged Bath

Ocean Vue is one of the few DIRECT oceanfront condos in A Place at the Beach III. Just take a few steps down the stairway onto the beach. Located in building 1, on the courtyard side, all you can see is the beach.

Our living and main bedroom windows overlook the ocean. Enjoy our beachfront balcony, upgraded central air, updated and enlarged main bath and renovwaated guest bath. Bright and airy with no one above you. We take pride in our updated and well maintained condo. Although we are steps away from Ocean Annie's beach bar, from our balcony all you hear and see is the ocean and the beach. Walking distance to the Apache Pier, the swash and the marketplace shops.

The direct oceanfront condo has central air throughout to keep everyone cool. The bathrooms have been updated including an enlarged main bath with a full size shower. Beautiful flooring throughout. Decorated in a beach feel. The main bedroom overlooks the ocean with a queen bed, plenty of drawers, flat screen TV, its own bathroom with full size shower, and a door onto the oceanfront balcony. The family room has a 50" TV, new sliding door onto the oceanfront balcony as well as new, double windows overlooking the beach. Enjoy the ocean views as you relax inside or outside on the balcony. The guest room has a queen bed and a twin, and a flat screen TV. Quiet central air conditioning is in all rooms including the guest room.

The free wi-fi will keep you connected when you want to be. There is a desk area if you need to get some work done.

The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator with ice maker as well as a microwave, smooth top range, dishwasher, and cooking and dining utensils, blender, 4-slice toaster, and single cup and regular coffeemaker.

To limit the amount you have to pack, we provide 4 beach chairs for your convenience as well as a cooler for your refreshments on the beach. We take pride in our condo and limit the number of weeks we rent, resulting in a clean and well maintained condo for you to enjoy on your vacation.


APATBIII is a smaller complex of individually owned condos that is right on the beach giving easy beach access. No elevators, just walk down to the sand and ocean. Myrtle Beach activities are nearby including Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, mini golf, golfing, restaurant row and shopping outlets; yet we are tucked away on quiet Shore Drive so you can relax and enjoy.

The complex offers two outdoor pools, BBQ area with grills and picnic tables, washers/dryers in the building, off street parking for one vehicle. We are next to the famous Ocean Annie's beach bar. Foodstores, shopping, and restaurants are less than 3 miles away. Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are 8 miles.

We rent Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.

The HOA does not allow motorcycles, trailers, boats, guest pets. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo and we are a pet free household. The minimum age for renters is 25 and maximum number of guests for this condo is 5.

Great condo

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed...it was the most well-appointed condo that we've ever rented. It was fun to be right next to Ocean Annies, and it was never too loud. Vivien responded very quickly to any questions that I had. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved it!

It was our first time staying at A Place at the Beach and it was wonderful! Very clean, very well decorated and great views of the ocean! Felt very homey and comfortable! We love staying around Ocean Annie’s Bar because we enjoy the live bands but when you’re trying to sleep is not so much fun! We loved the fact that at this stay we could do both enjoy the music when we wanted to but also enjoy peace and quiet! I will definitely make plans to stay there again!

Excellent condo and very clean!

My husband and I along with our two grown daughters, stayed in this condo the week of September 10, 2022 and had a great time. The condo had everything we needed and then some. It was very clean, which is super important to us, also the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, glassware, silverware, etc. The view of the ocean was amazing! We loved how close Ocean Annie's was and even though it was close, the music was never loud at the condo. The very first day we were there our daughters said they wanted to come back and stay in this condo next year! The owners always responded back quickly when we had questions before we went and they were so very nice. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the small pools. Of course, this is not the fault of the owners. It didn't really bother us though because we came for the beach and to relax with great ocean views and that's exactly what we got! We would certainly love to stay at this condo again in the future! We loved it!!

Exceeded our Expectations

The condo was perfect. Everything was clean and updated. The location right on the beach was amazing. We ended up renting a few beach chairs and an umbrella from the life guard right in front of the condo. It was like $150 for 5 days. Kinda of high but we were able to pick our spot and he set them up every morning at 7 am and took them down at 5. It was so convenient. Sitting on the balcony and people watching and listening to the ocean was a highlight. My teens loved it too. We loved being a little north of all the craziness of Myrtle Beach. It was quieter and more family friendly. Vivian was helpful and responsive with my questions before and during our stay. You won’t regret renting here it was absolutely lovely.

This condo is very clean and had everything that we needed. Really good use of space. From the living area and master bedroom you can look out at the beach/ocean. The deck faces the beach and offers lovely views. The entire property is kept up very nicely. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean.

I have stayed in many of the condos in the 9540 building over the years and I have to say this is the best condo in the building that we have ever rented. It has the most amazing view, on top of that it is so beautifully decorated and all has unique and efficient use of space for storing things and for comfortable living. It is very clean as well. Usually I mind how Noisy the front condos are but this one was perfect facing the opposite side of Ocean Annie’s so it is also much quieter as well! I would highly recommend renting this condo. Viv the owner also goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly with renting the condo and making sure your stay is what you anticipated. She is amazing! I truly appreciate all she does!

Loved the condo and the location! We had a wonderful time and made lots of memories. The condo was beautifully decorated, well equiped and spotless. My son loved all the beach toys and the chairs definitely came in handy. We can't wait to plan our next vacation with Viv and Ed!
