Enjoy this custom built 3000 sq ft luxury home just steps from the beach in beautiful downtown Bethany Beach!! This beautiful house is located just half a block from the beach and just 3 blocks from the town center of Bethany. It is perfect for a multi-generation or multi-family vacation. The house has 3 levels with an elevator for easy access to each floor. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor living space for everyone's comfort. There are 4 master bedrooms, each with 4 king size beds. Two more bedrooms have sets of twins and one bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom will have a new smart TVs and cable hook-up. There is parking for 5 cars, 3 off-street and 2 Bethany Beach street parking permits. The house is also equipped with wireless internet. Owner will provide sheets & bath towels for full week rentals that check in from May 29, 2026 to August 28, 2026. Beach towels are NOT provided. Linens may be rented during the remainder of year. No Pets, No Smoking.
Guests pay a $700 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in the off-season.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED in the off-season. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

The screened porch has plenty of spaces to talk and the hitop table is perfect for those jigsaw puzzles,too. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen includes an ice machine. After the children go to bed, the parents enjoy drinks on the rooftop deck.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was terrific for our family. The home was very clean and the location could not be beat- walkable to the church where family funeral services were held and walkable to town/restaurants. Some minor suggestions that would be helpful and allow the owners to secure happier clients: Replace very flat pillows on sofas. Add additional seating options to ground floor. Provide more than 1 pillow per bed, or specify where extra pillows can be found. (Unfortunately, when we arrived, one king bed had no pillows at all!) Provide extra blankets for beds- one sheet and a bedspread is not enough. Linen service was fine and we appreciated that everything was labeled when we went to make beds. Kitchen is missing some critical items (i.e. cookie sheet, enough utensils (should be enough for number the home sleeps- there weren't), etc.) A few more decorative items might make the home feel a bit more cozy and home like- it was incredibly sparse. The bar with ice maker and fridge was incredibly useful and a perfect addition. A few more dishtowels would have helped. The addition of small soap and shampoos in the bathrooms was much appreciated. Thank you for letting us stay- we'd love to come back again.

The House and location were excellent. We were however disappointed that we had to rent our own linens/towels which we found out later in the rental process (due to off season) Other places we rented from had some beach chairs/supplies for guests’ use, but nothing here. A beautiful rental but missing the “little extra” which would bring us back.

Really special family trip!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful home. Plenty of space for 8 adults to spread out or gather comfortably. The ice machine and the beverage fridge were so convenient as was the elevator. We loved the rooftop deck as well as the screened porch. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. And we could walk to shopping and food. We recommend having a meal at Patsy’s but make a reservation. We’re hoping to repeat this trip next year. Thanks so much for having us!

Multiple bathrooms and bedrooms made for privacy, while the massive family space let us enjoy all ages. The dining table could seat us all and in between meals, it was perfect for games and catching up on a few emails. We especially loved the ice machine and the many cabinets and countertops. The screened porch was a favorite gathering place while the high top table was for jigsaw puzzles. The crows nest had a good staircase and plenty of space to enjoy the evening.

Reviewer Comments: This property lacked the basics, placemats, coasters, wine glasses , blankets etc. we did not appreciate having to make all the beds upon arrival, then strip and bag all linen when departing. This should be the responsibility of housekeeping. No starter stuff ( dishwasher detergent, coffee filters etc provided either.

Don't Rent the Property 108 Wellington Pkwy

Vrbo- Consider removing this property from your listing it cheapens your reputation. For those considering renting this property DON”T. We rented the property at 108 Wellington Pkwy for 3 days December 30 2023 - January 2, 2024. There were issues with the elevator, multiple showers on the second floor, & the coffee machine not working and the lack of toilet paper. You would think for for the rental cost there would be toilet paper, unfortunately you would be wrong. The elevator was one of the main reasons we rented the property. We had two 100% disabled American Veterans in our party and the elevator helped transport them from floor to floor. The elevator door latch on the first floor would not release causing the elevator to be inoperable at times. When the elevator was on the first floor it sat in a pool of water so deep the water was visible from the gap between the elevator and the house floor and was within 3 inches of the interior floor. Does an elevator sitting in deep water with the electricity on have the potential of being a safety issue? This matter should be brought to the attention of the Township Electrical Inspector for their review. The other issues were with the showers on the second floor. One shower did not work at all, and the others had issues with the flow of water. We called the emergency number provided, and no one returned our calls. Rent somewhere else and save yourself from the aggravation we experienced. Mark C
