This beautiful house is located just half a block from the beach and just 3 blocks from the town center of Bethany. It is perfect for a multi-generation or multi-family vacation. The house has 3 levels with an elevator for easy access to each floor. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor living space for everyone's comfort. There are 4 master bedrooms, each with 4 king size beds. Two more bedrooms have sets of twins and one bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom will have a new smart TVs and cable hook-up. There is parking for 5 cars, 3 off-street and 2 Bethany Beach street parking permits. The house is also equipped with wireless internet. Owner will provide sheets & bath towels for full week rentals that check in from May 29, 26 to August 28, 26. Beach towels are NOT provided. Linens may be rented during the remainder of year. No Pets, No Smoking.
Guests pay a $700 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in the off-season.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED in the off-season. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
