The pool will be open from early April until mid November, weather dependent. There is a $175 pool heat fee for all reservations in early spring and fall. Please see note at bottom of description regarding pool heat.

Rates October to May 21 for up to 8 guests, add $55 night per person over 8, this does not apply to Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. VRBO quotes are not always accurate for off season pricing.

Up to two dogs welcome with applicable pet fee. $250/week for one dog, $500/week for two dogs.

All groups are required to purchase an accidental damage insurance policy with $5,000 coverage and pay a $1000 refundable security deposit. This can be easily done thru your reservation on this site. Please ask if you have any questions.

We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance in case of trip interruption, especially since we offer no refunds after booking reservation is made.

This house is not rented to groups under 30.

The new two story addition in 2022!!! If you are looking for space to spread out - it doesn't get better than this!! This beautiful beach home features 2 large Great rooms, one 20x22 the other 19x16 with tall ceilings and both with 75" tvs. There is a third small TV room, two beautiful enclosed front and back screened porches, 2 second floor decks (one w/ocean views) and a third second floor rear balcony overlooking the pool plus a large poolside patio.

The new addition (complete in April 2022) features a 20x26 foot first floor great room with 10 foot ceilings, wood/tile floors and large windows/doors overlooking the 23x12 inground pool and patio area. The great room has a comfy living room with 75" TV and dining area with custom made table that seats 12. There is also a new half bath and laundry room accessible from the great room as well as a hot/cold outdoor shower.

The kitchen is part of the original first level which opens to the new great room. It has plenty of room to prepare family dinners. The kitchen also opens to a small second living area with a 45" flat screen TV. This house has a wonderful vibe and great space -- Tommy Bahama-style flare with coastal cottage touches. The kitchen is fully stocked and complete with gas stove for those serious cooks.

There are five bedrooms on this level. The master bedroom has gorgeous dark hardwood floors and high end king bed as well as a full bath. There are four additional bedrooms-one with a queen; one with two twins and two "kids" bedrooms both with a bunk and twin bed. Those five bedrooms share three full baths, two with tub/shower combinations (great for the young ones) and one with shower only.

The new second floor space contains two gorgeous King master bedrooms with en-suite full bath with shower. The first king room has vaulted ceilings and a double door that leads to a private small balcony overlooking the in-ground pool. The second King bedroom has a private full bath with shower and vaulted ceilings.

On the second floor level there is another Great/TV room (19x16) with 75" flat screen TV. This room has 10 foot vaulted ceilings and double French door that lead to a large front deck *12 x 20) with views of the ocean! There is an additional full bath on this level for even more family living space. The second floor also contains a new 12x12 screen porch with vaulted ceilings that overlooks the in-ground pool. There is also a first floor front porch to enjoy morning coffee and ocean breezes.

The In-ground 12x23 pool serves as a much needed retreat after a day at the beach or for those that just wanting to relax all day long poolside. This lovely deep blue colored pool is off set by a beautiful sand-colored tiled patio area with lounge chairs, relaxed seating areas and and a large dining table that seats 10 comfortably.. At night the pool light, landscape and other decorative lighting provide a wonderful ambiance for cook outs with the family or just a space to wind down and relax with a sangria in hand! Surrounding the pool and yard is a six foot privacy fence which makes it great for kids and doggies. See note about pool heat at end of description.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING POOL HEAT: The pool is open from early spring into the late fall. Many guests like the ambiance of the pool to sit by and many like to swim even though it is cooler. Pool heat fee is $175 per stay and required April-mid June & Sept- late Nov. If temperatures are below the low 50's at night ,the pool will likely only heat to 70-75 degrees with the pool heat running constantly. Heated temperature all depends on the evening temperatures. If there is unforeseen severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that would cause the pool to be closed, the pool heat will be refunded.

Stays longer than one week may require an additional cleaning fee.

This house has streaming TV only. We do provide access to YouTube TV for live TV shows.

All Guests are required to purchase a $5000 Property Damage Protection Insurance Policy. Cost for this policy is approximately $120.00. For guests booking thru VRBO, this can be easily purchased through their reservation. If booking directly with us, you can purchase insurance through a company that provides this insurance such as generalitravelinsurance.com or any other company that offers this insurance. We will require confirmation of company and policy number once the insurance is purchased. Please ask if you have any questions.
