Upscale in design, décor and amenities, it provides a full panoramic ocean vista, overlooking three pools and the ocean beyond.

Spacious open living & dining areas are served by a fully equipped newly renovated gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a 42 inch TV & entertainment centre in living room.

The two bedrooms offer private attached baths, luxury bedding (600 thread count sheets), fine linens, & 100% down pillows. There are 3- 50-inch LCD Smart TV's in Master bedroom, Livingroom and 2nd Bedroom all with Firestick Streaming TV with up to 400 channels + Apple TV, Netflix, YouTube, HBO, Disney and Roku etc

Bedrooms, Kitchen and Living Rooms all face the swimming pools and ocean with floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors accessing the terrace that slide into the walls giving you a seamless inside, outside experience. The huge 400 s/f terrace is fully equipped for outdoor cooking, dining and entertaining or sun tanning - with three sitting areas including an elegant 4 person round glass dining table. Patio also has a deluxe NEW Ducane stainless steel Gas Barbeque.

Elevator access to large warm and cold swimming pools, hot tub, tennis court (coming) and fitness room in retail building by highway. Easy walking distance to convenience store - Oxo at the complex entrance (+ Traders Mini-Super) and beach access too many restaurants, including Coral Baja’s 'Mama Mia's' Restaurant (next door) and Zippers Beachfront Restaurant (5 min walk on beach). Coral Baja Time share development next door has pool side bar and Beach restaurant (they accept paying guests. This unit is top notch! Very well maintained . We have stayed in several VRBO’s in the same area, this condo was our favorite. It has amazing views and very relaxing! Located in a beautiful area overlooking the pool area and the Sea of Cortez. The views and sunrises were magnificent. Everything you could want or need was supplied by the property owner. Just what we needed

Fabulous condo with amazing views! We needed to escape the cold of the Northwest and this was the perfect retreat. Walked the beach and hung out at the pool every day. Had wonderful food at Sardina Cantina and grabbed snacks at the local mart. The area was quiet and we felt very safe. The owner Les was very accomodating and communiative. Highly recommend and will plan to visit again.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

My husband and I had a very relaxing 30 days at Less's Condo at El Zalete . The Condo was very comfortable and the view was spectacular. I enjoyed the use of the computer provided because I did not bring mine. I was able to order Christmas gifts and take care of answering emails easily. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the patio furniture was very nice. We actually spent most of our time on the deck reading and ate most of our meals there as well. The location is great, the beach is beautiful. Shopping and restaurants are close by.

El Zalate is a great location - on the beach and accessible to many restaurants with a short uber or taxi trip. We stayed in Villa 4 which faces the ocean and beach. The property is immaculate and the beach is private and quiet - away from the noisy Medano and Cabo san Lucas beaches. There was an issue with the booking but Les was able to help and get us a different 2 bedroom in the same villa on a different floor. Les was very courteous and took care of everything even reaching out the management office and taking care of the rebooking. Thanks to Les for ensuring we had a good stay and enjoyed a great time in Cabo.

Amazing stay

San Jose is a favorite destination for our family. Les’s El Zalate property is exactly what we wanted and expected! Super quiet and comfortable unit. Only noise was the crash of the waves and light wind. Lots of extras from WiFi to beach chairs. Inside had all the amenities, but we spent the majority outside on the huge deck. Most relaxing complex and always had poolside lounge chairs. No need to run down at 6am to reserve your chair. Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. Staff at El Zalate is super friendly and helpful. Asked for a late checkout and Les was super responsive and accommodating. This was our first VRBO experience and stay at El Zalate. We hope to be able to return again next year (or sooner).

It was a rocky start to the trip with the air conditioning not working and 90 degree temperature. After a very hot night the air onditioning repairman arrived early on our second day and by the end of the day had it fixed. The remainder of our stay was flawless and would recommend the property

The perfect stay

The condo was exactly as portrayed online. The huge balcony was where we spent the majority of the time. The beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms were very spacious. It was so hard to leave and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when coming back to Cabo!

El Zalate beach front condominium

We loved this condo, the location, the amenities inside the condo are great. The patio is huge, covered, with a gas BBQ, there is an outdoors dining table, two sitting areas on the deck with comfy furniture. The kitchen and living room is open, the stove is gas, great for cooking. There are a couple of boogie boards, some snorkle masks and fins, great beach umbrella with 2 very comfy, foldable beach chairs we used all week. The owner is very responsive, got right back to us before our trip, and we had a few questions during the trip and he replied right away. The water in the unit is filtered, one faucet has triple filtered water for ice machine and drinking. The pool area has 2 pools, and a hot tub, never crowded and super fresh amd clean. We felt very safe with in the unit as well as the grounds. The gate security staff are very helpful, especially a big shootout to Mr. Serano, he was so helpful with information. We, a family of 4, two teens 17 and 18. My husband and I are definitely recommending this 2bdr 2bth condo, the views are amazing, the sunrise right from our beds or the huge deck are amazing. Thank you so much Mr. Twarog!!!!

Hello all, both Sonja & myself have been coming to Cabo for over 10 years. We finally fell in love with San Jose & the local area. We stayed & rented at El Zalate numerous times over 8 years & finally decided to buy in 2007. We even got married at Sunset De Mona Lisa Restaurant near Cabo

Why they chose this property

This property is superior to any of the Coreador Hotels due to the close approximate of San Jose Del Cabo and the amenities it offers. We are a 1 minute walk to Serdina Catina restaurant that's located on the high way side of the Coral Baja resort or Mama Mia restaurant also located on the beach side of the Coral Baja resort or a 3 minute walk to 2 beach front restaurants at La Jolla complex next door. There are 2 grocery stores within 5 minute walk (La Comer & Chedraui Selecto)
Starbucks and McDonald are a 5 minute walk and next to McDonalds there is a wine store called El Wine shop and a sports bar across the street.

What makes this property unique

We have spared no experience in appointing & decorating our condo. Since we could not get the selection in Cabo, we decided to ship all furniture & appliances by truck from Vancouver, Canada - & it shows.
