Wooden doors and light colored walls merge in a magnificent sense of Victorian-Era Mexico, intertwined with the new and awe-inspiring of the high-tech appliances.

The Space:
Upon entrance and into the right, waits the kitchen. The granite countertop, in its desert sand color, perfectly matches the golden tones of the wooden cabinets. Silvery slates in the inox. Chrome appliances mark a difference in this otherwise antique ambiance. Two wooden barstools define the end of the kitchen.

A table for eight, in dark wood and Rattan topped with glass, is the entirety of the Diner. The wood-weave in the chairs and table seems sublime against the ebony wood. In harsh contrast with the light gold marble floor, the table and chairs seem larger, grander, and the large oven-baked, clay vases in the corners enhance the room. A long desk in dark wood seems to be the guard, gatekeeping the entrance to the Living area.

And what a beautiful place to see, this is.                                                                              
The extra-large room spreads in two loveseats, carefully placed as an L shaped living room, with a small coffee table functioning as a corner. The light colored fabric fuses into the wall, and clashes strongly with the colorful, vibrant dress of the single couch that sits in pompous array against the warm glass. The warm-toned rug cradles a coffee table of intricate wood patterns  with draws, while lamps and a painting decorate the walls. All this faces a grand fitment piece that seems to be carved out of a single block of wood. The heavy piece holds foot as an entertainment center, and is topped with all commodities needed in this present day. TV in Living Room with ROKU ready to enter your NETFLIX account for movies.

Upon the Master Room, opulence takes hold. A massive headrest in wooden pillars and intricate iron works fixes the King Size bed in place, while a wooden entertainment center in golden tones is firmly planted in its place. While nightstands guard the luxurious bed, iron base lamps provide illumination in this wondrous room. Near the window, a secretary desk and chair faces a large drawer fitment and a long mirror in brass frames. The hallway that leads to the master bath seems like a tunnel to another dimension. Two sinks in light colored marble counter top face a long mirror reflecting the wooden doors to the closet. Upon closed doors, the bathroom is beyond belief. To the right, a pearly tub seems to be a jewel resting in the marble tiles. The warm, brown tones of the tiles that cover the shower provide the sense of fallen leafs in the forest, matched with iron decorations depicting the fall of those very leafs in brown colors.

In the Guest bedroom, two double beds dress in bohemian theme, while the wooden headrests become sublime through simplicity. With a single nightstand separating them, the two beds take a hold of most of the room. A beautifully carved bench faces the bed. A beautiful family of turtle seems to swim above the bench.  
The bathroom in beauty in essence; Sand colored tiles of marble crash against the light colored marble counter top where the sink rests. The waist high shield of marble in the shower is continued head high by safety glass. A closet in carved into the walls of the room, carefully covered by wooden doors.

A fully equipped laundry room is also here for your use.

The terrace can be accessed by all rooms in this home, and it is –perhaps- the key element in this home. In a place where the biggest luxury is the land itself, the terrace is built and dressed to evoke just that. Clay vases hold bamboo rods that vary in size, while two small chairs separated by a coffee table face the everlasting beauty of Los Cabos skies and grounds. A living room setting on the stretched Palapa. This far-reaching balcony overlooks the pools and green areas in the Las Mañanitas complex, creating an atmosphere that cannot be matched. On the other side of the terrace, two lounge chairs allow you to rest undisturbed, while watching the famous Sunrises and Sunsets in Cabo, or the Legendary whales that arrive in the early months of the year.
