GO-Cottage is private, in a leafy setting with 2 charming, shingle-clad 1920s cottages, 1 mile from Olympic Center sports complex, 10 miles from Whiteface Mountain. Walk to town in 10 minutes. Featured in Country Living, Domino and HGTV's Small Space, Big Style!

The 2 bright, cozy cottages have front porches, hardwood floors, kitchens, flat-screen with Spectrum LIVE TV, MAX, Netflix, and Free Wi-Fi. Both have bathrooms with vintage-style fixtures and claw-foot tubs. The 2 bedroom, sleeps 4 and the Studio sleeps 2, for a total of 6 guests. Yard is fenced, wooded grounds, and features a fire pit with ADK chairs.

Pets welcome for $25 per night, per pet.

Perfect get away

We stayed for three nights Christmas week. The cottage is cozy and close to town. We really enjoyed our stay and happy to have our pup along too!

Beautiful cottage, great location!

We loved our stay at the Lake Placid Go Cottage! We rented both the 2BR and 1 BR studio for the Horse Show and it couldn't have worked out better! The cottage is in a prime location, so close to the horse show and close to downtown. The cottage was impeccably decorated, fully updated and the beds were super comfy! Sharon, the cottage manager, was very friendly, professional and responsive. The cottage was spacious and we loved that it had a great, open kitchen with everything we needed! The washer and dryer were a big help too, as we had a lot of horse show clothes to wash! I would highly recommend this property and we will surely be back ourselves! Lovely Christmas in Lake Placid

My family had an amazing Christmas stay here! My dog loved the fenced in yard and we appreciate how close the property was to the town and Mirror Lake (which we walked around every day). 10/10 stay

GO-Cottage, our home away from home

As frequent guests at GO-Cottage, we just love this property. Sharon, our host, pays attention to every detail and the cottages are always spotlessly clean and crisp! It’s our home away from home. The 2 bedroom is perfect for our small family and the Studio is perfect for our friends. What I really love is having dinner in the bigger cottage and hanging out in the living room and then I get to have my privacy in the evening in the Studio. The beds are super comfy and I can’t wait to come back each time. 5 Stars all the way!

GO-Cottage is located on Sentinel Rd in the Village of Lake Placid, NY. It's about 100 yards back off the road in a fenced-in yard. It is private and quiet and about a 1-minute drive or 10-15 minutes walk to Main St. and all the attractions. FREE Parking included on the property, easy walking, riding, and public transportation.

What makes this property unique

GO-Cottage is a special property and we're told there isn't anything quite like it in Lake Placid. It's a modern 1920's design, with an open, bright, loving atmosphere. Our guests return frequently.
