This beautifully decorated oceanfront condo is the perfect place to steal away for some R&R. Located at the Sand Dunes Resort along the Golden Mile, it has an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean and its coastline. After a relaxing day on the beach, enjoy cocktails on the balcony before heading out to dinner at one of the many fantastic restaurants or shows Myrtle Beach has to offer, or simply curl up on the sofa and take in a movie on the 55" SMART HD TV.

With all the comforts of home, this unit comes fully equipped for your arrival with luxury linens, bath towels and a starter kit of trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap and sponge. The galley kitchen comes equipped with a Convection Microwave, 2 plate stovetop, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and full size refrigerator along with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

Also included are 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and small cooler for your use.

The condo is located on the 9th floor with easy access via the elevators. Check in is hassle free! Bypass the lines and go straight to the condo with the door code provided on the day of arrival.

Sand Dunes offers an indoor and outdoor pool with a lazy river. The onsite restaurant is Oceans 74 and Starbucks is just around the corner. Within a block of the resort is a large selection of great Restaurants. Crave Italian Restaurant, Carrabba's, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Outback Steakhouse just to name a few.

Within a short driving distance there are many things to do… outlet shopping, miniature golf, nightly entertainment, live shows at Pirates Voyage or the Alabama Theater. You can even take a ride on the Sky wheel on the Boardwalk after dinner to see a spectacular 360" view of Myrtle Beach.

Daily maid service is NOT provided, this is a self-service unit. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor. Ice machines are on odd floors as well as a convenience store onsite.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this unit. Proof of age required.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed in the unit or on the balcony. The deposit will be retained if smoking in the unit or balcony occurs.
