BLACKSBURG - Newly Renovated Luxury Townhouse - 1.1 Miles from Campus

Newly renovated and fully stocked townhouse in quiet community 1.1 mile away from Virginia Tech Campus. House is perfect for one large family or several families to enjoy for a weekend of events.

Our Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse is located in Oak Manor. It's a 2 mile walk to Lane Stadium or a quick bus ride. We are near 2 Blacksburg Transit stops.

New modern and luxurious kitchen is brand new and perfect for entertaining a crowd fully equipped with an electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator with ice maker and a beverage refrigerator to accommodate entertaining . Granite countertops and large island allow for serving and entertaining a crowd. Kitchen is open to the large family room with additional dining area, sofa and loveseat with 65" TV for your entertainment and movie watching.

All 3 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for comfort as well as at least 3 drawers for clothes storage and hanging space in each closet. Master bath has an additional hair dryer if needed.

Brand new front loading washer and dryer is located upstairs for your use and the linen closet is equipped with detergent, an iron and ironing board too!

If the weather is nice, you can enjoy a fenced in private deck space off the back of the townhouse to sit and enjoy the stars or eating outside.

You don' have to fight for parking because there are two designated spots for the townhouse and very convenient on street parking.

ABOUT THE OWNERS

We met at Virginia Tech and graduated in 89-90, got married and now have a son and daughter that go here as well. As a 4 Hokie family... it seemed like a good decision to buy a place in town since we visit so frequently. We decided to invest in our townhouse for our family to use and to go to games and enjoy because it is our "happy place". #ThisIsHOME but it's not our full time residence so we decided to share it when we are not using it. We are very well aware that its sometimes hard to find a place to stay in town that's convenient and comfortable and that would be fun to have several close couples share to be able to go to events, cook and entertain comfortably without having to deal with the hotels. We hope you will enjoy our place as much as we will!

Excellent place to move in a Hokie!

This is a great two floor townhouse, three bedrooms 2.5 baths, conveniently located a few min drive from the VT campus. It was a perfect place for us to settle during our freshman’s move-in week since we flew in a day before move- in and stayed a day after. Place was immaculate and host was very easy to communicate with. Will look to stay here in the future!

This home was perfect for our family as we moved our son into Virginia Tech for his freshman year. It’s just a mile from campus. Great communication with the owner. Delicious restaurant suggestions. Perfect for our needs. Close to campus and conveniently located, this townhouse is newly renovated and had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything we needed. AC was quiet, showers had excellent water pressure, plus soft towels and bed linens - like a nice hotel, except nicer! We will be back!

Wonderful house close to canpus

Rented with a few fellow alumni for a long weekend to watch the UVA baseball series and play some golf. The house was everything we could ask for and more having been recently renovated, with plenty of space and a very nice, enclosed backyard area.

Perfect stay!

This home is wonderfully updated! The owner made the process seamless. My husband travels every week so it was nice to stay in a home instead of a hotel. The house had everything we needed and more. They have thought of each little detail from the linens, tissues, soaps, everything you would stock your own home with. The proximity to VA Tech and downtown is perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

We are a 4 HOKIE family .... We love everything HOKIE, and feel like Blacksburg truly is our Happy Place! With 2 kids at Virginia Tech, it seemed like a natural fit for us to invest in our own HOKIE HOUSE in Blacksburg! We found a great property and put a lot into it to update it and get it updated! We are so excited to share it with other Hokies because we know how hard it can be to find rooms in Blacksburg! We have already enjoyed cooking for our kids and entertaining with friends and we are super excited to have a comfortable place to enjoy while here!

Why they chose this property

It's a great location and it's not all students in the neighborhood.... perfect for Hokie Parents and Alumni to come back and not feel like they are in "party central" or that they have to worry about their car in the parking lot. Some students live in the neighborhood for sure but it's a quieter place.... we love opening the windows and hearing the birds chirp and there's a great place to take a long walk on Huckleberry Trail that leads all the way over to campus!

What makes this property unique

It's a New Fresh Modern look inside with everything you need in an established neighborhood... Everyone who comes in says "WOW" because the exterior is so traditional and cozy and the inside is updated and current! You're going to love it!
