If you will have more than one vehicle please advise at time of booking request.*** Relax in the living room on the new sofa and 3 other comfortable chairs which have been recently updated. The living room has a 50” LG Smart TV. We also provide FREE WiFi internet service (password protected).

Quality bed linens and plush bath towels are provided for your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with every necessary cooking item and ample dishware and newer appliances.

Guests staying in our condo have access to a storage closet that has 6 beach chairs.
The kitchen and all bathrooms have been updated with new cabinetry, granite counters, mirrors and lighting. The primary bathroom has a brand new beautiful walk-in shower. Your vacation will be the experience you expect it to be.

This condo sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Due to bedroom sizes only one Pak-n-Play is permitted and must be placed in the beachside main bedroom. MAXIMUM occupancy is 6 (plus 1 infant in Pak-n-Play - not provided).

Pets are NOT allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.

🔹"Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED in the condo.

We are a member of The Clubhouse which entitles all guests staying in the unit to use The Clubhouse facilities for a daily fee. The fee is paid directly to The Clubhouse and is optional.
Our building has its own pool, kiddie pool and hot tub which is available to all at no fee.

Must be at least 25 years of age to book.

All reservations require a SIGNED CONTRACT, which is emailed to the guest from the owner and must be returned to owner within 3 days of booking.
