The Beach Club Catalina 701 is a 3 bedroom/3 bath luxury "CORNER" condo with a "Wrap Around Balcony" on the seventh floor with a 35 foot balcony & a Direct Gulf View from the living, dining, kitchen area and the master bedroom! The Catalina tower is located "Right on the Beach" at an upscale resort with a sugar white sand endless beach! As a guest in this condo, you will have access to the four sparkling pools with hot tubs at the foot of each of the four towers, three boardwalks with showers that leads to the sugar sand beach and Gulf of Mexico, playground, basketball court.



C701 has a large corner wrap around balcony which overlooks The Club pool and the Catalina pool, plus its great for dining or sipping on something cool while watching the dolphins play in the Gulf and all the activities on the beach! The condo amenities include WiFi, a cottage style open floor plan, sofa sleeper, 4 HDTVs with DVD players, a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, and a washer/dryer. The bedroom arrangements are: King master bedroom that adjoins the balcony with Gulf Views and a private bathroom with a separate vanity areas, a queen guest room with an adjoining private balcony which overlooks Mobile Bay and adjoining private full bathroom, and a bunk guest room with a queen on bottom and a twin on the top which is located across from the hall bath. The sofa sleeper provides an additional sleeping area for 2 children.



The beds are made with fresh white linen and a linen set is supplied for the sofa. There is a modest supply of bath linens and a "one day" supply of basic kitchen and bath amenities/toiletries. Please bring your beach towels, food, disposable paper goods, extra trash bags and detergents for the clothes washer & dishwasher.





Unlimited parking for $40 per vehicle. No trailers or RVs allowed to pass through the gate. Parking passes are paid in advance but are given out at the security booth. Each driver should know the name of the condo and the day of departure.

The condo was very nice with a great view of the ocean and pools below. The kitchen had all the utensils needed for making a few meals. We especially enjoyed the balcony for viewing the dolphins. It was a fantastic vacation! Thank you!

The property was clean. Things such as measuring cups/spoons, utensils needed replenishing as things were missing. Communication was terrible as I messaged and texted hosts twice and never received a reply. The main pool says it is heated, but it is definitely not heated! So beware of that. Overall, it was a good stay.

Super Content!

This condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING we could need for cooking, baking, etc. Had 2 different kinds of coffee makers (depending on your preference). Master bed was very comfortable. Everything was operational and in good working conditional. We would definitely book this condo again!

Comfortable and convenient

The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located. It was decorated nicely and equipped with everything we needed. We love staying at the Beach Club for all of the amenities it offers. The view from our balcony was fantastic. Overall we had a really great trip.

The Beach Club has been a family favorite for a long time. We loved the spaciousness of Catalina 701. The views of the gulf and bay side are amazing. Very comfortable beds. And great for families. The kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets. And the beach was so easy to access. We purchased wrist bands for the clubhouse amenities and the on site food trucks, restaurants, gift shop, and activities are amazing. We are already talking about booking again.

Great Family Vacation

Property was as advertised and great location at The Beach Club. Gorgeous views! A couple of minor fixes need to be taken care of that I will address directly with the property manager but overall a beautiful condo. Kitchen very well stocked. I would suggest bringing a few extra bath towels but there is a washer and dryer so you can wash what is provided when needed. Highly recommended.

Very Very Nice

This unit was beautiful you will need to bring nothing except toilet paper, paper towels and soap for dishes, dish washer and laundry which is normal. Theres an electric grill, chairs and umbrella for the beach. Other than that no complaints whatsoever. Beautiful view and very quiet.

Daughters first Birthday at the beach.

We love staying at the beach club and this condo was a great choice. Check in was a simple process and communication with the realtor was easy. Upon arriving, the condo was very clean until we realized the floors were filthy and our feet were black with dust and dirt. Went and bought a swiffer mop so it was an easy fix. The electric grill on the porch didn’t work but we only tried to use it once and the maintenance man said he replaces them all the time. We would stay here again as the views were Immaculate, and easy access to the beach. Daughter enjoyed her first birthday.

Could have been cleaner - pubic hair on toilet seat and blood on comforter

We have been going to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for 8 years and we will not be back. The prices have gone up considerably and the cleanliness of the units we have rented has gone downhill. The owners should pay us to clean their units which is what I did for the entire 5 week stay which we cut short by 4 days because we were fed up.

Condo was not clean needs an over haul; advertised to sleep 9 (sleeps 7)did not have a pull out couch so we had to go buy an air mattress. Dark mold around master tub; couch dirty; cracked tiles on porch trip hazard; Pam Martin realtor did not register our cars so that was a whole mess as well. ; all sink /tub stoppers in Master don’t work. Very disappointing!

I booked this property based on the great past reviews. We’ve stayed at the beach club for the past 13 years and were so excited to bring my entire family, brother, nephew and parents, down to experience the gulf this year.I urge anyone coming to the beach club to book a different condo within the complex. We arrived to dirty floors, sticky residue on the counters and absolutely no storage space for food and In some closets. Initially the cleanliness didn’t bother me, I’m a mom I know the cleaning life, but then we noticed 2 of the toilets didn’t work. Ok not a huge problem, we can fix those, moved to the kids room…the stairs to the bunk bed were not fasted to the bed itself and left nails exposed. The closets in the bunk bed room were full of light fixtures, paint cans, broke chairs and umbrellas. We couldn’t even place our stuff in that closet. Moving on to the master bedroom the door hinge was broke and would not allow the door to shut properly. Late in our stay the shower faucet fell off leaving the shower unusable. All of this could have been worked out and I would have left an amazing review, but Pam’s lack of response to my 2 emails and multiple texts or care of our issues was unacceptable and ultimately why I am posting this review.
