Located south of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park in Payzac (10 min from Les Vans and 30 min from the Gorges de l'Ardèche) this pretty little independent house with a capacity of 4 people is for weekly rental in summer or at the weekend outside the summer season.
With an equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, oven, fridge, washing machine), a living room with TV and Hi Fi, two bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 double bed, bedroom 2: 2 beds), a terrace with breathtaking views, this cottage is an ideal place for a discovery weekend or a week of relaxation. High speed Internet access in the gîte.

Tiny gîte, but has everything you need. In the middle of nowhere, so you can really relax, nearest Towns are Les Vans and Lablachère to buy groceries. Very good restaurants nearby, Lots of well indicated walk, great pool, ….

We had a wonderful week in this lovely house. We loved the pool and the views are stunning! The house is very well equipped, with plenty of shelves and hanging space in the bedrooms, and we enjoyed cooking on the plancha. Sebastien gave us lots of useful information and is the perfect host.

Perfect outdoors

It was a fantastic property and location. But the bedrooms are very small - minimal storage space, no space down the side of the double bed so had to edge round it. It was extremely hot during our stay and the lack of space and air flow made the nighttimes difficult. Daytimes outdoors however were a real treat - shady terrace with stunning views and a lovely, clean and big pool. Lovely.

Nice swimming pool and fantastic view

We had a very nice week here. Every morning and evening we had a swim in the swimming pool. The water temperature was 20+ Celsius. In the evenings we had dinner at the balcony which had a lovely view over the surroundings. predator birds flying over. From the house there is a nice walk to the fossil dinosaur permanent exposition. Good times!

Unique property with a great pool, ultimate peace and quiet and amazing views, however tiny house, really limited space upstairs with no real ventilation. You can only get around one side of the bed and the shower is very very small. Everything is a drive away.Local towns are lovely, great markets etc.We were there during the recent heatwave and the host did his best. Not enough shade around the pool, 1 small umbrella. Host and father, lives next door, friendly.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Der Pool ist super. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Gasgrill hat eine komplette Platte (kannte ich vorher nicht) , was aber sehr gut funktioniert.Sehr schöner Ausblick.

Het huisje is prima. Voorzien van alle noodzakelijk dingen. Soms wat klein, maar je leeft toch buiten op het terras. Uitzicht vanaf het terras was heerlijk. Zwembad was zalig vooreen luie dag. Gastheren kwamen het zwembad verzorgen en waren uiterst voorkomend.

Einmalige Aussicht

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Barsac. Absolute Ruhe und Einsamkeit! Die Aussicht ist einmalig und unbeschreiblich! Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen in dem es an nichts fehlt. Alles in allem genau das was für ins einen gelungenen Urlaub ausmacht!

Absolut erholsamer Aufenthalt in traumhafter Umgebung

Komfortable Unterkunft mit eigenem Pool und traumhaftem Ausblick. Absolute Ruhe und beste Betreuung durch den Vermieter Sebastien. Trotz ländlicher Umgebung sind ein Restaurant und Lebensmittelgeschäft in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Für Erholungssuchende eine absolute Empfehlung!
