Additional deposit payment of 800 Euro required in cash. This could be handeled easier via the agency/platform.The whirlpool/spa had a defect and does not work properly. No towels included which should be standard in this category. Besides those factors the house is very well located in beautiful scenery, suited for two families and has all kitchen supplies that one needs.

The rental agreement specifies that the security deposit can be paid by bank transfer before arrival or by check or cash upon arrival.Indeed the spa was not functioning properly and the tenants were informed upon arrival . The spa is now repaired. Linens are provided, ands beds are made. Towels are optional

The house was really beautiful and clean. The view on the lake (from the balcony) was stunning and the environment was beautiful and very quiet. Kitchen equipment very extensive and complete. The house is very suitable for families with lots of games, toys and a cute playroom in the attic. You can make walks and bycicletours directly from the house.

Très beau chalet, bien équipé. Week-ends avec des amis et enfants. On a passé un très bon moment et communication top avec le propriétaire. Et l'emplacement est idéal, à 10-15 min du lac à pieds.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Sehr schönes Haus im Chalet-Stil mit drei Etagen sowie Sauna und Hot-Tub, von welchem man im Sommer den Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf den Lac Gèrardmer sieht. Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt jedoch etwa 150 Höhenmeter oberhalb und etwa 2 km von Gérardmer entfernt. Kein öv Anschluss. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wieder Buchen.

Schönes Chalet

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Chalet. Sehr gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Der Whirlpool funktionierte nicht direkt, wurde nach 2 Tagen von einer Firma repariert. Wir hatten am Abreise Tag wie gewünscht um 9.00 Uhr das Haus geräumt und mussten bis 10.30 auf den Vermieter warten, fanden wir sehr unglücklich.

Séjour chalet le grenier

Très beau chalet avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes Chalet bien équipé et très calme Accueil agréable par le propriétaire Seul bémol la qualité du ménage est passable : sanitaires et cuisine très propres mais beaucoup de poussière et des toiles d'araignées sur les poutres, les meubles et les objets de décoration. Je l'ai signalé au propriétaire qui a reconnu que la poussière n'était pas faite à chaque séjour. Ce qui est dommage pour un chalet classé haut de gamme.

Malgré tous les efforts pour vous apporter un confort optimal, nous avons constaté, comme vous, quelques fils de poussière (et non des toiles d'araignée) en hauteur sur les poutres de bois brut, sur lesquelles elle s'accroche facilement. Nous devons redoubler de vigilance, particulièrement en période de pollens. Plus légèrement, vous étiez au "grenier" et vous auriez pu y croiser ou surprendre, déranger, quelques araignées, souris, voire une chouette hulotte endormie ! un hébergement insolite , bien dans l'air du temps et très recherché par les vacanciers!

Tout a été très bien

8 cousins et cousines. Tous et toutes satisfaits du séjour. Pétanque, babyfoot, sauna, jacuzzi. Chalet très bien équipé, très propre. Le propriétaire nous a expliqué très clairement la marche à suivre et vraiment sympathique. Nous y séjournerons très volontiers

Tolles Chalet mit fantastischen Ausblick

Beau chalet, facile à vivre.

Chalet très bien situé, avec jolie vue sur le lac de Gerardmer. Équipement sans faille. Reste à avoir conscience que la 4ème "chambre" est en mezzanine, trco fortable et ouverte sur la pièce à vivre.
