this traditional 3-star chalet of 160 m2 was built in 2008 on a plot of 1500 m2: it is ideal for holidays with family or friends.
it is located in a quiet area near the city center.
the chalet is made up of a main house that can accommodate 8 people and an independent adjoining apartment that can accommodate 6 people. (rented together)
Equipped with modern and very well equipped fitted kitchens and nice bathrooms. which allows a group of friends or a family of holidaymakers to be completely independent. you can also find yourself all in the large dining room?main apartment to spend convivial evenings near the wood stove.

Nice and friendly house and town

The house inlcudes everything needed for a pleasant stay. The surrounding area is great. Gerardmer is a nice village with good stores and restaurants at walking distance. Moreover, the surrounding area can be explored by nice walks and hikes. In addition, starting in Gerardmer more places can be explored such as Colmar, multiple amazing wine houses and waterfalls. Lastly, the house owners are very welcoming, approachable and friendly.

We hebben een hele fijne week in dit huis gehad. Vriendelijke eigenaren. De eigenaresse spreekt goed Engels! Verder hebben de huizen alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt.

Chalet partagé avec 11 personnes de 6 à 76 ans. très bien placé (proche du centre et du lac de Geradmer à pied). Parking privé pour au moins 6 voitures. logements Très bien équipés et très agréables dans les hauteurs de Gerardmer. Hôtes sympas et disponibles.

Séjour semaine de Noël

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 14 (dont 5 enfants) dans ce superbe logement. L’emplacement est top. Le chalet est très propre et très bien équipé. Il a été décoré pour Noël. Les enfants ont été ravis de faire de la luge dans le jardin. Merci aux propriétaires qui sont très sympathiques. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end en famille/amis . Nous étions 12 et le chalet est des plus agréables. La situation est idéale à quelques pas du centre-ville et du lac . Très bonne adresse à conserver et à conseiller !

Schöner Aufenthalt

Ein paar sehr schöne Tage mit herrlicherem Wetter und Blick. Alles da, an Einrichtung fehlt nichts. Das Sofa und ein paar in die Jahre gekommene Dinge (Raclette, Backofen, Dusche,…) könnten ein bisschen sauberer sein. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus und nette Vermieter.

Séjour en famille dans un chalet exceptionnel. Le propriétaire a été adorable avec nous, la proximité avec le centre ville au top pour y aller à pied, et une vue superbe sur le lac. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Die Lage der 2 Häuser ist sehr schön und die Aufteilung war perfekt. Leider gab es Missverständnisse mit dem Mieter. Im Inserat heißt es, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Erst nach der Buchung erfährt man, dass Bettwäsche 8,- / 16,- Euro für ein Einzel-, oder ein Doppelbett kostet. Handtücher kosten 6,- Euro pro Person. Es wird eine Endreinigung von zusätzlich 100,- Euro verlangt, welches nicht klar im Inserat ersichtlich ist. Auch der Strom ist nur bis zu einem gewissen Maße frei, bei Mehrverbrauch muss extra bezahlt werden! Dadurch war der Start in unser Familienwochenende nicht schön. Zu Beginn funktionierte der Kühlschrank in dem einen Haus nicht und die Mieter hatten uns keine Lösung anzubieten, sie ließen uns mit dem Problem alleine. Dann funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht mehr und dann waren die Vermieter schon sichtlich genervt,... das war alles sehr schade, denn eigentlich sind die Häuser sehr schön und waren für unser Wochenende perfekt geeignet.
