Looking for a LUXURIOUS getaway? Look no further. This beautiful property is ON THE BEACH with two gulf and two bay balconies. Location, Location, Location! Access the beach via a private walkway, far from public beach access points, and vehicles are not permitted on the beach. The property is five minutes from the Strand, countless restaurants and many attractions. An Uber ride to downtown events costs less than event parking. There is room for the entire extended family and it is BETTER THAN A BEACH HOUSE. No stairs! Carry your luggage and groceries up to the 7th floor in the elevator. Friendly, 24 hour, staff are always ready to recommend the best local spots. Enjoy swimming in the heated pool after coming in from the sandy beach. There are tennis, pickle ball and basket ball courts. Balls and rackets are available at the front desk. Enjoy lawn games like bocci ball, horse shoes and corn hole. I love to sit on the back balcony and enjoy a cold drink while watching the kids play basketball down stairs. It's the perfect end to a great day at the beach. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, a large pantry and an extra bar with wine fridge. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and romantic evening views of the lights of Galveston Harbor and Bay from the back balconies, primary and second bedroom . The primary bedroom has a king size bed, an en suite bath with dual sinks, walk in shower with turquoise marble tile and lots of storage. There is no shortage of mirror and counter space in this condo. The primary bath comfortably accommodates 3 at the same time for makeup and hair styling. The second bath has a walk in shower, gorgeous marble tiles and plenty of storage. Both showers have removable handheld shower heads so that little ones can shower without water in their eyes. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, full size dresser for storage as well as beautiful evening views. Bedroom 3 has a futon with full size, super comfy gel mattress and over 10 feet of closet space - plenty of room to stow all suitcases and hanging clothes. Two queen size sleepers with luxury 8 inch pillow top mattresses enable this extraordinary space to sleep 8 in total comfort. Two ottomans stow pillows and blankets for quick and easy conversion. Your family will never feel cramped in this extraordinary space. The 24 x 14 living room, with floor to ceiling views of the gulf, is open to the spacious eat-in kitchen and provides ample space for group activities. Free wifi throughout the condo and four smart televisions provide plenty of options for small group interaction. We are pleased to share our East End Bella Vista with you and we are certain you will enjoy it so much you will return year after year.

Amazing views; floor to celling views! This condo has the best furnishings. Most comfortable bedding pillow and mattresses. The kitchen has everything you can need or want. This condominium was absolutely perfect! The cleanliness was a 10/10, everything was spotless and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free.My mother, who is disabled, was able to get around easily thanks to the elevator and walk-in showers, which made such a difference. This trip was especially touching because both my mom and grandmother were able to come along, and it meant so much to have such an accessible and comfortable place to stay together.The view was AMAZING, truly breathtaking! On top of that, the condo was very well priced for what you get. Trust me, you pay for what you get and in this case, the cleanliness alone was worth every penny.Learning that this is the first condominium in Galveston made the stay even more special. I can’t recommend this property enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Condo fits two families very comfortably right on the beach!

Loved loved this condo, so well taken care of and location is amazing. Kiddos enjoyed so much and have been on several beach locations but enjoyed this one so much. Everything is well stocked and plenty of AC for the condo.

My name is Bernadette Sloat. I live in Sugar Land, TX with my husband Jim, who is a veterinarian. We have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. I was a high school math teacher for most of my career. In 2012 I started acquiring long-term rental property. I found that real estate was taking more and more of my time so in 2015 I became a licensed REALTOR and focused on real estate full time. I have always been a "beach girl" and I've always wanted to own property on the beach.

Why they chose this property

I started looking for property in Galveston in early 2017. I wanted a property on the beach with unobstructed beach views. I wanted to be ON THE SAND. I didn't want to have to drag my beach gear, and my grandchildren, across a dangerous busy street to get to the water. I also didn't want to be far away from the Strand. I wanted to be able to jump in the car and get to restaurants and attractions within minutes. That meant that the only place I could find what I was looking for was East Beach. Most of the condos on East Beach are very small. When this 1650 square foot condo came up for sale in October 2017 I just couldn't pass it up. It is so spacious and the views are amazing. I hope you and your family love it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Views, Views, Views! We have 24 feet of balcony on the beach. There are two windows in the condo that face the channel. From these windows you can see the beach, channel, and bay. I can sit on the sofa for hours watching the ships travel past. We also have 24 feet of balcony that faces the bay and harbor. It is such a kick to watch the cruise ships come out of Galveston Harbor, go down the channel, and out to sea. I love watching them but it always occurs to me that I'd rather be sitting on the veranda here in Galveston than going out to sea with them. I've got everything I need in my East End Bella Vista.
