3 bedroom, 2.5 bath three story condo with bonus room downstairs. Updated and clean. Viking appliances in the kitchen.
King size Tempurpedic bed in master, queen size bed in bedroom 2 and full size bed in bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 also has a desk and computer monitor for remote work or learning. There is also a temporary desk set up in the living room with another computer monitor.
Sleeps 6 in beds, but can accommodate 2 more on an air mattress (provided) in the downstairs bonus room. Bonus room includes treadmill, weight bench & light weights, xbox & games, ping pong table, board games, cards, and printer.
Unit comes with 4 beach cruisers, surfboard, boogie boards, and balls (soccer/volleyball). Beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers are also available for your use. Everything you need for a stay at the beach is here. No need to rent anything! Two outdoor decks - one with chaise lounges and the other with an outdoor dining table, heaters, gas BBQ, and a peek-a-boo ocean view.
