This is one of the best rentals I’ve had. Walking distance to the beach, right across the street from the great El Burrito Jr (cash only!), super clean, and an awesome host. It’s also walking distance to multiple good coffee shops and a 15 minute walk to Riviera Village. There are French doors that open on to a small balcony that faces west so you get this magnificent breeze that flows through the house. Each room was nicely styled and the master has a really nice king bed (I have a bad back and sciatic pain and woke up good every morning), walking closet, and big bathroom with double sinks. If we’re back in the area we’re definitely staying here again!

Redondo Beach Stay

The property was ideal for our short stay. Very clean and comfy. Anna's check in instructions were very precise. I had to communicate with her on a small issue and she was very quick to respond. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

Lovely stay

We had a great time staying in this wonderful 4 bedroom home just a few blocks from the beach and riviera village. We were attending a wedding in palos verdes and the home allowed our family to have lots of fun together relaxing between events. Beds were comfortable and the layout was great. Parking in the garage made the stay super easy. Thank you!

Two weeks at the beach.

Clean and comfortable home 12 minutes walk from the sand. Good restaurants nearby many good shops in the area. Enjoyed the farmers markets in the south bay.

Redondo Beach Stay

The property is what we expected it to be. It was very close to the beach with easy access. Plenty of food and bars nearby. Surrounding area felt safe. Ceiling fans and oscillating fans helped the lack of A/C (May/April stay helped). Overall, a nice property at a great price.

Nice place and location

This apartment was exactly as advertised. The host was very communicative. The only suggestion we have is to exclude the requirement to wash all towels, dry and put them away before check out. With an early morning departure it meant that no one could take showers, etc. Seems like a lot given we pay for a cleaning fee. That was the only issue. Overall we very much enjoyed the apartment.

Beachy

Layout & location was perfect. Since we only wanted to cross the busy street at the crosswalk it was more like a 9 minute walk to the beach. Owner was kind and responsive with otherwise precise directions. Loved the appliances in the kitchen (thank you for the toaster and electric water heater!). The white rug is stained in some places. Master mattress and several chairs were old and had no structure and prolapsed in the center so were uncomfortable. Couldn't find the ladder to access the top bunk. Two smaller rooms had a funny smell ( perhaps cigarette smoke?)

Thank you for taking time to review our home. We appreciate the clarification for the 9 minute walk to the beach:). Please note our home is a non-smoking home. No other guest has commented on a smell in the back bedroom and we will look into that. Appreciate you letting us know. (Not sure how helpful it is guessing what it might have been in a public forum?) It is correct that the bunk bed does not have a ladder. The bunk bed is not included in the bed count and we ask our guests not to use it, it is roped off at the top and it does not have a ladder or bedding.

A little R & R in Redondo

We are are family of 5 and absolutely loved staying so close to the beach. We walked down to the beach in about 15 minutes. Shopping and Restaurant’s are all within walking distance. We would defiantly stay there again.
