Great long weekend trip. Perfect setting for an annual college friend’s trip. Condo was bigger than expected. Great space for hanging out and close enough to town.
Four childhood friends met for a Gatlinburg vacation in early fall. We enjoyed the shops downtown and especially the National Park. The condo has a great location and view.
we stayed up there for my boyfriends birthday and it was honestly so great, the views were breathtaking and it was so clean and inviting. the drive up was curvy but totally worth the trip up!
The condo was clean and spacious. The location is convenient to the park and downtown Gatlinburg. There is a nice partial view of the mountains from the balcony and every window.
We had such a great time! This condo provided plenty of room for us all to spread out and relax, it's even nicer than the pictures make it look. It's just up the mountain from Gatlinburg so depending on how you go down, you end up right in the middle of things. We had a great stay here, we'll 100% book again.
Our family was very comfortable in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked and we felt safe. The neighbors were very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
This place was just perfect for our group. The trip up the mountain to this location my kids and husband just loved the view. It was nerve wrecking at the evening time bc of all the twist and turns but the place was cozy and comfortable. there was so much room and everything was comfortable to sleep. We would very much book again.
Checkin process was seamless! Great quiet location, bit of a drive up to it. We had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen had a good amount of stuff if you want to stay in and a grill almost right outside of the unit, made it really convenient. We did see bears on the road by the units, so keeping things put up was a must. The unit was clean, had all the linens we needed except for towels for the pool. There are stairs down to the unit was probably the only downside of this unit, made carrying things down a bit of a challenge. Would definitely stay here again.
Love the balcony and view. Beds and sofa are super comfortable. Close to everything, washer and dryer, kitchen and jacuzzi was a plus! We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves both times we used them. Saw a bear roaming the parking lot on our way out one day and saw a couple more around the corner on the way in one night, so cool!
We had a great time and everything we needed was there. Decor was adorable and mountain views from the windows and balcony were so beautiful! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen table was a perfect size for our whole family to play games, and the couches made it comfortable for the whole family to sit together. The drive is a bit daunting for those scared of heights, but it was definitely worth it! Would love to book this place again!
The condo was wonderful, but pretty far off the beaten path. After winding around the mountain roads, we found the condo and was surprised that we had to go down steps to get to it. My mom has arthritis and that was a little difficult for her. We assumed a first floor condo would be at parking level. We had a great time other than the steps, but next time we will try to stay at a better location for her to walk.

Family Vacation
When we got to the property, the parking lot was very congested with a van and trailer. They were remodeling a unit. Walking down some stairs to get into our unit, steps not in great condition and railing broke. Could use major curb appeal. Opened our condo went in, it was very clean and just as expected. However, the lock didn't lock in the bedroom that goes out to screen pation, I could smell cigarette smoke, I cough badly when I get around it. The worse smell was coming from the kitchen sink drain. We have 2 children wanting to swim, went to the pool very close to area like it said. Bur not kid friendly or safe, the side of the pool bricks were coming off, another group was there with smaller children and a little girl fell in and scratched her leg because pool brick fell off when she was walking along side of pool, pool filter must need changed or clean, you couldn't see the bottom of the pool due to cleanliness of the pool. The condo itself was great! New couch, beds slept great! If you want to be close to town this place is far enough up, you only want to make the trip once or twice in a day. And you will see bear activity because the whole time we were there the dumpsters were full of trash and bears had it scattered all over.
Our stay was amazing. The property was very clean. And listing was accurate. Hosts were very responsive. We had a problem one night with our neighbors being very loud after midnight. I reported them to our hosts who then reported them to HOA. We have no complaints at all. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back down to Gatlinburg.
This property was wonderful during our stay. If you don’t mind riding in the mountains and seeing tons of wildlife this place is for you! The place was beautiful and bigger than I thought. It came with everything you would need for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. The condo is a short walk down some steps but nothing that is terrible. While we were there we counted 10 bears that we seen just riding up to the condo. It was exciting for the kids and even for us. The pool and hot tub were excellent to beat the heat. Over all I would give this place a 10/10 for the summer, fall, and spring times. I don’t know about booking for the winter just because of all the hills you would have to get through in the snow. I have family that will definitely be booking here when available! Highly recommend!!!
