A Beach Retreat Up-Hot tub, pet-friendly, 2 blocks to beach

Message me for off-season specials! This private upper unit of the duplex is a bright and recently remodeled 3 bedroom beach home with free parking! Will comfortably sleep 6-8 guests. It offers a large kitchen, deck with a view of the ocean just 2 short blocks away, two full baths, washer and dryer, and electric fireplace! Plenty of free parking is available and we do allow pets (fee applies. Failure to disclose you are bringing a pet/s will result in a flat $200 fee regardless of trip length). There is plenty of room for the whole family. You will love being within a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 4 block walk to the boardwalk and all it has to offer. No smoking! Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house.

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather issues or concerns do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.

All beds were covered in dog hair and also the couch. Dishes were not clean. Had to wait on someone to come and re clean beds and bathroom was covered in dog hair

Hi Brandon, we are very sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience at our place. Being pet friendly sometimes means that occasionally, after stays by guests with multiple pets over expended periods, not all the hair is gone after even the most thorough cleaning. However, we strive to make things right, like we did for y’all and immediately send someone to replace all bedding and revacuum areas of concern. Not all hosts are as responsive. But again, we do apologize that our attempt to remedy the situation was not to your satisfaction.

The location of the property is fantastic as it is only two blocks from the beach. The unit is very close to a great mini golf and Broadway at the Beach. The interior of the property is a bit dated but other than that, it was a great stay.

The house had everything we needed. All was in proper working order. It was in a great location. It was a nice stay overall.Note: The pillows are very thin, so if you like your head propped up at night, bring your own.

Adorable little beach house

Spent the first season weekend in a clean ,cute upstairs apartment. The location was great even if the neighborhood seemed a little gritty. Would recommend to couples visiting Myrtle!
