The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please pick up any of your trash outside ( including cigarettes butts) dispose in the garage container outside. Strip used bed linens and place them next to beds.
If heavy duty cleaning is required, including removing any stains , additional cleaning fees $250 can be charged. Please do NOT SMOKE ( anything) inside dwelling.
Please make sure doors are locked and key placed in the lock box. Please do not open windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect our home as we do respect and welcome our guests, please do not smoke in the house,( fee of $250) will be charged as damages.
Please do not flush anything into the toilet , only toilet paper and bodily waist, all damages to the property can be deducted from posted deposit
cleaning fee is not charged, however if dwelling left in unreasonably dirty, upon discretion of the manager fee $250.00 can be charged as damages.

Charming and clean home in downtown Myrtle Beach

Super clean house! Ideal location, friendly host and plenty of parking. I was very safe and comfortable, absolutely coming back! Priced very reasonably !

Close to beach

The house is a nice place to stay. This is relatively close to beach but would not suggest walking around at night time with young family in the area. There is plenty of good eats and shops and activities within minutes drive of the property. The house was nice and we enjoyed our stay and would go back. The only thing the house missed is a washer a dryer.

We went to Myrtle Beach for a music festival and this place was a great choice! It was everything we needed for the weekend. It was actually better looking than the pictures, which doesnt usually happen lol it was also very appropriately priced for what you get. Would certainly consider staying here again if we needed a base of operations, so to speak, for another music festival lol the host was nice and easy to communicate with!

Enjoyed the convenience,closeness to the beach,stores and all the fun activities. Tvs in somw rooms don't work. Didn't like the lack of TV channels.
