This Orange Beach condo rental is located at Phoenix I on the 4th floor.

The master suite features a King bed, a flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private bath with a tile walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and DVD player. This unit accommodates up to 6 people.

The unit also features tile floors throughout, a washer and dryer, a sofa sleeper in the living room as well as a Smart TV, and a Blu-Ray DVD player. The kitchen is fully-equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Phoenix I amenities are shared with Buildings 1-4 and include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool (which is located in Phoenix III), children's pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, grilling area, exercise room, lighted tennis courts, and racquetball.

PARKING PASSES
Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in January and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
