2 bedroom, 2 bath Beachfront Condo on the 1st floor at Phoenix 1!

Phoenix 1 Unit #1013 (1st floor) - Your family will LOVE this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo in Phoenix 1. It is located on the 1st floor, with beautiful beach views as well as pool views from the elevated balcony (NOTE: You must take 10 stairs to get to the first floor level and there is no elevator). This is a perfect spot for making family memories! There is a table and four chairs on the balcony, so every meal can be enjoyed there.

You and your family and friends will love the spacious living area in this condo and the VIEWS!!! There is balcony access from the living room and a flat screen tv. Also, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room just in case you need it and two chairs for relaxing after a day at the beach! The dining room seats 6 and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware!

The master bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a wall mounted tv for you to enjoy and balcony access for enjoying the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico! The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and a flat screen to enjoy. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the guest bedroom.

This condo sleeps up to 6 people by using the sofa sleeper as well! It also has a stackable washer and dryer and FREE WIFI!

It was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Short little walk to the beach with a beautiful view! Plenty of space, and it was filled with everything you could need (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc.). Hoping to go back & stay in the same condo in the years to come!

Thank you for the five star review! On our VRBO description, we state very clearly that parking passes are not included in the reservation. Everyone is asked to purchase their parking pass at the front desk upon arrival. (We do not charge that fee in our reservation). The parking pass fee pays for all of the security in the building!

Great vacation

The condo was a perfect place for our Christmas vacation. Clean and comfortable! Great location, beautiful views of the beach. The heated pool was not as warm as our other family at another place was the only downfall. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

There are very few outdoor heated pools in Orange Beach! We are lucky to have it! And, we also offer our guests access to the indoor heated pool next door at Phoenix 3! That pool is nice and warm! Thanks again!

Great condo in a great location

The condo was easy to get to within the complex, and was very convenient to the pool and boardwalk. We enjoyed being so close to the pool because we could see when it was crowded or not crowded. The space was clean and the beds were comfortable.
