Great place to stay in Cabo!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Had everything we needed or wanted. Enjoyed the pool. Location was perfect. Short walk to town and the marina and a quick $3.00 Uber ride back.

Just like the pictures!

The property was perfect for us. Far away from the Marina to avoid the crowds when we wanted but close enough to walk to town (15 minutes). The beds were comfortable and we loved being right across from the pool. Will stay here again.

Host was responsive and condo was mostly lovely. Liked being next to pool. Price was very reasonable . Not a 5-star because no mattress pads on beds, dirty ceiling fan in master, kitchen missing pans for oven and only one glass "drinking glass".

Best birthday trip ever!

This place was amazing! It is definitely better than what you see on the pictures. The pool is right outside your door with an amazing view. Every day you wake up in this place it feels like paradise. The concierge Carlos made my stay exceptional. I would definitely recommend you stay here if you want to be treated like royalty.

Best stay EVER

I travel for a living and stay in SEVERAL rentals. We try and rent houses vs. Hotels. So - I am familiar with nightly rental properties. This was BY far the best stay of my life and I honestly hope to stay IN THIS EXACT unit every single year. It's super nice, comfortable, the host was so welcoming and helpful, the communication out of country was seemless, the pool, hot tub, view was spectacular. I can't say enough good about this. Oh - and either Ubering OR walking to town was very easy. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Beautiful condo with Amazing views.

We had a great break here over New Year. The condo is super comfortable. The heated pool was typically not busy, and being able to step right out to the pool and hot tub was perfect. We walked down ...10min walk to restaurants and bars in the square and Marina...and took taxis back the hill. We took the offer of a private driver from (and back to) the airport, and he took us to Costco for provisions before dropping us at the condo. The staff who checked us in were very helpful!

Outstanding Property

Apartment exceeded expectations. Wonderful views from the apartment. The host was very proactive prior and during stay. Gave great information to make our stay enjoyable Apartment was well stocked with day to day living essentials. Would definitely return to this property. Easy walk down to town and Uber home. WiFi was excellent allowing me to work. Only down sides were that the pool area lost sun quite early in the day but the pool and hot tub were excellent too.

Great views

In general the property was very nice with phenomenal views. The property manger Brandon was awesome. Transportation to and from the airport, facilitated by Brandon was flawless! The only exception to an otherwise perfect get away was the lack of decorum and respect exhibited by party goers in the adjacent Unit. Do not hesitate to call security and complain as they and the HOA along with the property manager will solve issues promptly. Really cant say enough good things about RECBAO Brandon and Bibiana they are great to work with!

Hi Ben I am sorry that happened to you. That is highly unusual. I have been in contact with the HOA board and the offending party has been fined. Las Cascadas is a beautiful and peaceful property. Myself and the rest of the owners go to great lengths to keep it that way. Best Natalie

Most Excellent in Every Way!

The property was so very beautiful and the view was breathtaking! It was so clean and all of the furnishings were new and in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable, showers spacious, and there was a large smart tv in every room. We had plenty of towels, the kitchen had everything you could need, and we were fully stocked with garbage bags, laundry supplies, tp, and Kleenex. Having the the ground floor was a fantastic perk, as we were literally sitting (on a beautifully furnished large patio) a few steps from the infinity pool and hot tub. At night, the pool lights, paired with the lights ofthe city and the moon lit sea of Cortez, create a mesmerizing evening. The property is located about an easy 15 minute walk from town.

Amazing

Location, location, location! The view was breathtaking. We felt very safe; group of 4 ladies. Security is very strict with who they allow access to the building. Every morning we walked right out ti the pool! Only wish was this property had a fire place. There were some hiccups along the way with communication and expectation but Carlos did is absolute best resolve the matters. Isabella is the BEST- she was so kind and took us wherever we needed! Oscar’s breakfast hands down was one of the best meals we had during our stay. His pancakes are to die for… still trying to figure out how he made them so fluffy. We travel often and Cabo was for sure one of our best trips! Thank you!

Breathtaking Birthday Celebration

All I can say is my stay in Cabo was amazing!!!. Pedregal is such a beautiful community and very safe. The property manager Brandon and Bibi were so helpful from start until I departed. They made so many great recommendations for activities and places to eat. This was a trip I needed to start my year off after being quarantine all 2020. The neighbors were very welcoming and nice. If your looking for a nice quiet relaxing place to stay in Cabo this is it!!. Right near downtown. They have uber there and it is very inexpensive. Natalie your place was very clean and well kept. I will definitely be returning to Cabo and staying at your property again. This is an experience I have to share with others. So do not hesitate to book here when visiting Cabo!!! One of my best birthdays I can say

Great for a Family

Great location easy walk to the marina or downtown. Cheap for Uber rides back you won't want to walk. Great Views and the hot tub and pool are right outside your door. Kitchen could have used some more of the basics if you really wanted to cook. we wished there was more patio furniture in the listing it looks like more furniture than what is out there. Overall the trip would have been five stars if it we didn't have to deal with a loud neighbor 3 nights who refused to respect anyone in the complex. Security tried to shut him down, the manager tried to shut him down and we almost got physical. They say he will be fined through the HOA but, it sure didn't seem to stop them until after 1AM during three days of our stay. Other than that top notch property and good service.

1st time in Cabo

This property was amazing! Very clean and equipped with the basics. It’s located very close to the marina. The view is breathtaking, sometimes it felt like we were the only guest on the property which made the pool and hot tub feel private and not shared. If I ever bust Cabo again I will definitely book another stay here.
