2 bedroom & 2 bath condominium located in the famous Pedregal neighborhood in downtown Cabo San Lucas. Spectacular ocean, city, mountain, & marina views. Just minutes from all the attractions. Located within the gated & private Pedregal neighborhood which has access to a private beach, tennis courts, community restaurant, and views some of the most spectacular homes imaginable. Pedregal is often referred to as the 'Beverly Hills of Cabo San Lucas'. This tastefully decorated 2 bedroom condominium has newer furnishings & appliances. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king size bed with a desk, 55 inch LG curved screen TV & attached bathroom with walk-in shower, AC, ceiling fan & offers views off the balcony, private pool, & ocean.
The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with large closet space. The unit has one more guest bathroom with a shower and a stacked washer & dryer. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire unit & balcony areas. There is another 55 inch curved-screen TV with Netflix located in the living room(and primary bedroom). This unit is entirely UPDATED, including quartz countertops, marble flooring throughout, dishes, silverware, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, cook-top, refrigerator, coffee maker, and much more.

I don’t think there is anything I can add to the other glowing reviews, except to say they’re accurate! The condo is spotless, well-stocked, perfect location, beautiful views. The hosts were very responsive and do a walk-thru of the unit upon arrival. All-in-all it was perfect!

Jeremy and Emily were excellent hosts. Emily even wait an extra 45 min. to show use around as we were running behind after picking up our rental car. The condo was as advertised, exactly as it appears in the pictures. The view from the deck was beautiful both in the morning and in the evening. Be aware that the walk into town, being all down hill is fairly easy, 8-10 min. But the walk back is all up hill. We used a rental car or an uber to complete the trip. We give this a 5 star rating all around, and will definitely rebook on our next adventure to Cabo San Lucas.

Pristine Condo- Amazing Views- Perfect Location

The best VRBO house/condo we have ever rented, and we have rented many!! The condo is immaculate, high end, beautifully decorated with an amazing patio! The property managers were beyond gracious, helping us get settled in and understand local options for everything. It was truly the best welcome we have. ever had at a rental. Thank you E&J! The condo is a 15 minute walk to the marina. We walked it two- three times a day, but if you have trouble with hills or uneven ground, you’ll need to use an Uber or taxi, which are both easy to get. The Pacific Ocean is a 20-30 minute hike - with a great cafe on the way. We would rent this condo again - highly recommended!

This location helped complete a wonderful vacation!

The consistency of the wonderful reviews for this property and the experience with Emily and Jeremy says it all. We just spent a week over the Christmas holiday at Portofino and it was amazing. The location, views and wonderful property make the Cabo experience multi-dimensional. You can walk/drive into town or marina for that experience, hit the beaches, grab some food and then head back to this exceptional property for drinks on the patio. Had we been in a condo, you'd have felt forced to be "out with the crowds" more. We really enjoyed morning reading on the deck with coffee, grilling on the deck and games/wine in the evening with the wall of windows wide open. The walk into town was quick and well lit during the evening. The gated community just gave an additional feeling of security. All the amenities provided were beyond our expectations. Taking the lawn chairs and umbrellas to the beaches, beers/drinks in the fridge waiting for us and our orientation with Zayuri added to the experience. You will not be sorry choosing this property. Thanks Jeremy and Emily. When we come back, we know where we're staying!

Nice condo!

Condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable! Could walk down easily to downtown with many restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes. Never had any issue getting an UBER. UBER was cheaper than a taxi. If ordering a ride during the week, allow extra time as there is construction going on and the trucks have to go through the security gate and this line can get quite long. Ita easier to walk outside the entrance, about 6 minutes, and meet your ride there. Pool areas were not crowded at all and only a few steps away from this unit. Nicely equipped kitchen if you're planning on cooking. A WONDERFUL fresh market at the entrance to Pedregal every Wednesday and Saturday. Lots of fresh veggies and baked goods and coffee. Owners met us at the entrance and guided us to the condo with our luggage and walked us though the Unit. They are very wonderful people. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Kristen

Lovely Condo - Great Location

We just got back from a long weekend in Cabo at this Pedregal condo. We have stayed in many hotels and condos in Cabo for over 20 years. Could not have picked a nicer place.... We had a great stay! Amazing views from master and deck. Ideal location perched right above town and the main dining district. Great deck furniture, Bbq and interior is beautiful contemporary design with quality flooring and nice solid furniture. Easy to follow directions for all the appliances and extras. Small pool just a quick set of stairs away. Quiet nice setting. The owners and manager have everything you need and all set up for you. And all is spotless and in working order. Beach towels, beach chairs and insulated carry tote. Cool little beach on Pacific side of complex. Do have a car available if you can - its close to everything but still a short quick ride - would be a long walk - over to the beach side. Plus we loved driving around and looking at the beautiful villas in Pedregal! The walk down into town is doable but steps back up are pretty steep. Some guests seem to walk down and cab back, a good alternative. The private secured parking garage is a super handy thing and makes having a rental car even easier. In the garage you'll see extra thoughtful items like a wheeled tote to help transport your carry bags etc. Really could not ask for more -- will certainly recommend to others and return ourselves. Thank you!

First off, this condo is exactly as described. The pics reflect what you will see when you walk in and smile like I did. Having friendly Emily meet and walk-through all the things (WiFi, keyless door, beach gear etc.) was a HUGE plus. You are just inside the Pedregal neighborhood, so you are close enough to walk downtown but also just inside the very strict but friendly security gates. The walk back uphill is steep, but I would usually UBER back up from town after walking down. Super amazing brick oven pizza place called Jo's Garden is like a 5-minute walk down the hill, their hours can fluctuate a bit from published, so be flexible. I only used the big pool at the property, and it was nice and never crowded. I got the impression a lot of the owners of these condos go home up north during the summer months because it was really quiet when I was there. UBER back from just about anywhere in town was around $5. The best combination of luxury, location and price, I will for sure be back there. Tip 1. The shower handle will deceive you as to hot and cold, it took me a cold shower to figure out reverse was true :) 2. Have your UBER drop you off (and pick you up if you are driving out) at the little circle outside the security gates so the driver does not have to go through the hassle of registering with security. You can walk to and from the circle in 45 seconds. 3. Head to WalMart for groceries via UBER your first day (it's actually really nice BTW). Thx Emily
