This home includes an elevator, 12 ft. ceilings, 3 covered balconies, wraparound front porch with 2 bedswings, large claw foot tub in master bathroom, exterior shower, Parking for 4 cars and just a 2 minute walk to two different public beach access areas. This home is in a prime location to Rosemary Beach and the 30A casual and fine dining restaurants, shops and entertainment. PLENTY of room for large families and entertaining! Gourmet kitchen has a gas stove, granite countertops, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances.

What makes this property unique

This is a great home for 2-3 families to travel together with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kids have their own extra large bunk room and balcony to hang out. The main gathering area is on the top floor with the beautiful views. You don’t have to cross any busy streets to get to the gorgeous gulf waters. Also a short walk to coffee, ice cream, sushi, and even an urgent care clinic!
