Welcome to Sunrise — a Gulf-front luxury retreat designed for unforgettable stays on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Recently reimagined and spanning four levels, this 9-bedroom, 9.5-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests and offers the ideal setting for large families, multi-generational vacations, and group gatherings.

With panoramic Gulf views, direct beach access, and elevated indoor-outdoor living, Sunrise delivers a seamless coastal experience from arrival to departure.

The Space

This expansive beachfront home is thoughtfully designed to balance group gathering spaces with private suites for relaxation.

First Floor – Entertainment and Poolside Living
The ground level opens into a spacious entertainment area featuring a pool table, large TV, dining space, and a convenient kitchenette. A custom bunk room with en-suite bath provides flexible sleeping arrangements. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the private beachfront pool deck, complete with lounge seating, outdoor dining, grill, and shower—just steps from the sand.

Second Floor – Main Living and Dining
The open-concept great room features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space with access to a Gulf-front balcony. Ideal for group meals and shared time together. This level also includes a king bedroom with en-suite bath, a bunk room with en-suite, a half bath, and a laundry area.

Third Floor – Private Suites
This level offers three king suites, each with a private bathroom, along with an additional bunk room with en-suite. The Gulf-front primary suite includes a private balcony, expansive views, and a spa-style bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Fourth Floor – Top-Level Retreat
The upper level features two additional bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. The Gulf-facing suite includes a king bed and additional twin beds with balcony access, while the street-side suite offers twin beds and a lounge area with foosball.

Outdoor Living

Enjoy multiple levels of furnished balconies with uninterrupted Gulf views. The private beachfront pool area is designed for relaxation and gathering, with direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk.

The home was absolutely beautiful and laid out perfectly for our group. The house was clean upon arrival and the Management Company was responsive throughout our stay. Our group loved the various entertaining areas, having multiple kitchens and the quick access to the beach. Every room having it's own bathroom was great! Would highly recommend the house!

We had a great time at the sunrise house! Check in and check out was an easy process. Loved being able to easily communicate via text message. They were prompt in answering any questions I had. We had a small issue with hot water early in the trip and they were quick to get someone over to the house to fix it! That prompt attention to our issue was greatly appreciated!

Amazing Beachfront House

We just finished an 8 night stay at Sunrise with 14 adults and 4 children. Amazing house with plenty of room and 2 large gathering areas. The location on the beach is perfect and only a few steps between the house and our beach setup. Newly remodeled to perfection and well appointed with all you need for cooking and food storage (2 refrigerators!!). We are already planning to book this same house again next year.

What an amazing beach home! There's nothing anyone could not like about this house. Clean, comfortable, nearby attractions and shopping, a pool and deck and most importantly...THE BEACH! The views are spectacular! The crew at Warren Beach Rentals were fantastic in making the booking process and arrival very easy. Whether you're wanting to sit on one of the balconies, lounge at the pool deck or spend your day on the beach, this is the perfect home.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Best place on the beach!!! The house is beautiful. As described. I had lots of questions and someone always responded and showed up, if needed. Grocery stores are close by and lots of activities for the kids. The best part is you can go to the beach for a little while, go back to the house, and go back to the beach without having to pack everything up for the whole day. Being right on the beach is the way to go. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the ice machine is wonderful. This house was perfect!!

Family Spring Break

Our family of 14 stayed at Sunrise for spring break. Our ages ranged from 12-75. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean when we arrived. The location on the beach is perfect. We saw beautiful sunsets every evening. Having 2 full size refrigerators was very useful. The property management was very prompt to address some minor issues. We would stay here again.

The property was beautiful. Unfortunately the pool and spa were dirty when we showed up and didn’t get cleaned for a couple days after we arrived. We were unable to use it for a few hours that afternoon because of the chemicals that were put in it that day. Also, the internet and TV’s went out quite often which was a little bit frustrating.

Everything I had hoped for!

I needed a property for my entire family of 20. My dream was to vacation once more with my children, spouses and 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. All but two grandchildren were able to be there with us but the week was perfect in every way. Thanks to Warren Properties for the beautiful Sunrise! Our “neighbors” were great and the private beach each day was absolutely wonderful!! The only thing it lacked was an elevator for my old back. We absolutely loved having the swimming pool overlooking the gulf to relax in after a day on the sand. Than you so much!

Truly a wonderful experience!

This property “Sunrise” lived up to its listing and then some. We’ve stayed at several VRBO locations over the years and on the last day to my families chagrin I always had the car packed “very early” so we could hit the road. This was mainly due to horrible beds, not the best accommodations and house esthetics. “Sunrise” was the exact opposite. The beds were wonderful “all of them per the 14 family members”, the accommodations were perfect, and the house layout was truly a blessing…very user friendly for a large group. Every room was functional and most importantly was a place where each guest could go to, to relax in their “own space”. I gave this property 5 stars not because of the location which by itself the location was a 100/100. I gave it 5 stars because of the personal touch the property manager provided by immediately responding to my questions and actually stopping by to look into one of my questions. I gave it 5 stars because the house was nicely furnished and most importantly the kitchen had everything needed to accommodate a large group. My love language is cooking for my family and ensuring they are safe and comfortable. This location allowed for me to do all of the above. What a wonderful trip, what a wonderful location and what a wonderful house!!!

Breathtaking views, incredible access! Very Clean!!

I brought a group of 18 seniors for a class trip and what an incredible week it was! The beach house was absolutely perfect, with views like I’ve never experienced!! The private access just steps to the beach was amazing! The pool table was a major hit! The house was clean and the management was quick to answer my questions. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly but we were able to use the one on the first floor. They sent someone to fix it, but it was still having cooling issues. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Thank you for such an unforgettable senior class trip!
