Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath home 8 minutes driving distance to the beach and walking distance to the Eau Gallie Arts district. Office with 2 desks perfect for work.
The Eau Gallie Arts District offer the Foosaner Art Museum, the Rossetter Art Museum and a variety of shops, art galleries and restaurants.
The master ensuite has a shower and the hallway bath has a tub/shower. The split floorplan give the rooms privacy by being separtated by the kitchen and living room.
