Luxury DT Ketchum Condo w/ Views of Baldy plus Private Garage

Be our guest to enjoy our beautifully decorated spacious downtown Ketchum condo. This spacious 2200 sq ft condo is single level living on the 2nd floor. It offers 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) with brand new living, dining, and bedroom furniture. The Gourmet Kitchen has granite counter tops with new dishes, utensils, and every possible appliance. Finely appointed in every room including a 75" smart TV with surround sound in the living room. Play your favorite music on our Sonos or use the Apple TV to airplay your movies and videos.

Wake up in the large master suite with fabulous views of Baldy or take a bath in the jetted tub, or walk out onto the deck and bring in the view with a cup of coffee. Enjoy walking to some of the best restaurants, art galleries, shopping, and nightlife entertainment there is to offer in downtown Ketchum. We are located 1 Block from Atkinson's grocery store and only 1/2 Block to Main Street to catch the free public bus to either base area for skiing on Baldy.

No need to rent a car when you are this close to everything. Mountain Rides is our local bus service that has regular pick-ups to and from the airport. If you do have a vehicle we have room for one car in our own private garage. (Height restrictions 6' 8") Lots of storage for skis, bikes, golf clubs etc.

For your convenience we offer a computer desk with a WiFi printer/scanner so you can tackle those away from home work duties or print your boarding passes.

In the winter and spring, Sun Valley has some of the best skiing in the country. In the summer and fall, you are minutes away from hiking and biking and all the beauty the surrounding area has to offer. Our condo is ideal for couples sharing a vacation together or families with older children.

PS. For those of you who are concerned with the Coronavirus, our unit does not have any common areas with other units such as interior hallways or elevators. We offer a private entrance with a private garage for your use only.

Perfect Place in Sun Valley!

We spent Christmas week in Sun Valley and this condo surpassed all our expectations! It is warm, inviting, spacious and had every amenity we could ask for. The location was great for walking into town for dining and shopping and the shuttle stop to the mountain was just steps away. Becky was very helpful and always quick to respond if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Sun Valley Condo!

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend and definitely recommend staying here. The condo is in a great location, very walkable to everything in town and was very well equipped. It’s spacious with plenty of room for 6 adults (3 couples), clean, and well stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries, etc. 10/10

We loved the location, size and decorations in the condo. It was unseasonably warm when we arrived, but thankfully fans had been provided. We found the beds and bedding very comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. We were in for a family wedding and loved the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful condo and loved our stay.

Why they chose this property

Since we have been coming to Sun Valley our whole life we have had the pleasure of staying in many, many rentals. This property, hands down, is the best place to stay for the accessibility to downtown Ketchum to enjoy the world class restaurants and entertainment. The free public bus can take you to the base of the mountain for your day of skiing or anywhere that might be too far to walk. For us, it was an ideal place to call our home.
