Ideal to welcome three generations.
Ground floor: large living room on the left and kitchen on the right. By extension, space "parental" with one bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with basin, separate shower "Italian" and toilet.
Upstairs: Is a side room with 2 beds (90x200) and another west side room with 2 beds (120x190) + (possibility of extra beds on request). Between the rooms: a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. Baby equipment (high chair, bath, changing table, two booster seats, two strollers and safety barrier at the top of the stairs) made available on request.

Very friendly and uncomplicated host

Everything you need is in the house. The location is near by the sea. We enjoyed to stay there.

Logement situé dans une impasse calme, la mer se trouve au bout de l'impasse.Les chemins de randonnée sont à proximité.Beau jardin avec tout pour manger dehors quand le temps le permet.Le logement est grand, il y a de la vaisselle en grande quantité ainsi que tous les ustensiles de cuisine. A 2 personnes ,nous avons vécu au RDC.

Excellent séjour à Loctudy, la maison est très bien située à 5 ou 10mn des plages, commerces etc...dans cette belle région du Finistère sudLe propriétaire est vraiment sympathique et fait tout pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour. vacances à Loctudy

Le séjour s'est très bien passé: la maison est agréable et confortable ,avec un beau jardin et proche de la mer . La ville de Loctudy est charmante, notamment avec son port de plaisance , et les poissonneries sur le port nous ont permis d'avoir du poisson frais quotidiennement . Nous reviendrons dans cette belle région.

Ruhige, gemütliche Ferienwohnung, nahe am Naturstrand

Sehr schön renoviertes Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Garten. Es enthielt alles, was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt haben. Der Besitzer wohnt in der gleichen Straße, so daß wir bei Bedarf schnell Kontakt hätten haben können. Der Aufenthalt verlief ohne Probleme. Das Haus war sehr sauber und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Es steht in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, fern von vielbefahrenen Zugangsstraßen.

Schönes, bretonisches Ferienhaus nah am Meer

Das Ferienhaus war genau wie beschrieben. Es liegt ca. 100 m vom Meer entfernt in einer ruhigen, schmalen Straße. Vom Eigentümer wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Zum Haus gehört auch ein großer, schön bepflanzter Garten. Der Standort ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge im Pays Bigouden. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen dort verbracht - vielen Dank!

Le séjour de rêve

Maison idéale très bien arrangée charmante et très fonctionnelle. Il ne manque rien! La literie est au top. Le jardin est super agréable, bien agencé. Le beau temps nous a permis de bien profiter de la terrasse et du barbecue. Super séjour. La proximité de la plage et des rochers est un grand plus pour les enfants. Et cerise sur le gâteau : le propriétaire est très accueillant très sympathique disponible et aux petits soins de ses locataires. Bref 6 étoiles pour cette location.

Schönes Ferienhaus am Meer mit großen Garten

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und gemeinsam mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar 14 Tage genossen. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, im EG gibt es eine moderne Küche, eine tolle Dusche und im OG weiter Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Die Betten sind Top. Der Vermieter freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Als nach ein paar Tagen der neue WLAN Router seinen Geist aufgab hat er sofort einen neuen beschafft, der allerdings leider recht leistungsschwach war. Als Willkommensgruß haben wir selbst gemachte Marmelade und Pastete bekommen, haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Frische Blumen gab es auch!

Paradiesgarten am Ende der Welt

Wir waren drei Wochen dort, die ersten beiden mit zwei Teenies, die letzten beiden mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar. Der Garten ist einfach großartig, das Haus sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das einzige, was größer hätte sein können, war das Sofa. Das Meer ist am Ende der Straße, ein toller Strand zum Schwimmen einen Kilometer auf dem Zöllnerpfad entfernt, der direkt.am Haus entlang führt. Eine sehr nette Ecke der Bretagne, supernette und entspannte Vermieter. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Zu empfehlen

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeber mit frischen Blumen auf dem Tisch, einer Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank und einer Büchse bretonischer Kekse auf dem Tisch. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Die Fotos und Beschreibung in der Anzeige sind korrekt, die Betten sehr bequem. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: in "Fussdistanz" sind praktisch keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten, aber bei der bestens ausgestatteten Küche ist dies kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Semaine bretonne

Maison gaie, lumineuse, fonctionnelle avec ses espaces bien distribués et son beau jardin à l’ancienne. Belle grève au bout de l’impasse, idéale pour la pêche à pied. Hubert et Marie-Aimee nous accueillent avec des gateries locales, des confitures et crustacés maison. Merci encore pour votre aimable accueil.

Un agréable séjour

La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée et correspond tout à fait à la description. Le jardin clos et la proximité de la mer sont bien agréables pour un séjour avec des enfants. Des propriétaires sympathiques tout en étant discrets. Cette maison est un bon point de départ pour la découverte du pays bigouden.

Très bonne location, propriétaires très sympathiques.

La maison est fonctionnelle et très agréable. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont très nombreux, ceux qui suffisamment rare pour être signalé. Les propriétaires habitent juste à coté et sont disponibles. Le jardin arboré est aussi très agréable et nous en avons bien profité. La maison est très bien située, à 80 de la mer, même s'il est difficile de se baigner à cet endroit. Néanmoins la plage de l'Arvor est juste à coté et à 5' en voiture, toutes les autres plages des environ. Location que je recommande sans hésitation, ce fut un crêve-coeur de partir.

Nah am Meer, ruhig gelegen und praktisch eingerichtet - sehr empfehlenswert

Das geräumige Haus liegt ca. 1 Gehminute vom Meer weg in einem ruhigen Quartier ausserhalb von Loctudy. Das Haus ist geräumig, hat einen grossen schönen Garten, zwei Badzimmer, eine grosse und sehr gut ausgerüstete Küche und viele weitere praktische Dinge. Geschäfte (Supermarkt, Bäckerei etc.) gibt es ca. 5-10 Autominuten entfernt in Loctudy, Lesconil oder Le Plobannalec. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern.

2eme expérience toujours aussi réussie

Merci à Mme et M. Flipo pour leur accueil toujours aussi chaleureux et aux petits soins La maison est toujours aussi confortable, au calme absolu et le jardin agréable. Tout est accessible en quelques minutes : fruits, légumes, poisson directement au bateau ou chez les mareyeurs, supermarchés, boulangerie, crêperies, magnifiques plages de sable fin, etc. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Une merveilleuse escale Bretonne

Nous cherchions une maison charmante avec du cachet, bien placée et surtout dans laquelle nous puissions gérer le confort et les contraintes de 3 générations. Pour les séniors c'était parfait avec la belle chambre du rez de chaussée qui ne nécessitait pas pour Papy de monter les escaliers, il y a été très bien d'autant que la salle d'eau avec grande douche à l'italienne et des toilettes étaient également disponibles de plain pied. Pour notre petite fille de 2 ans la sécurité était parfaite avec un jardin clos et le portail coulissant qui ne permettaient pas qu'elle aille dans la ruelle (fort peu passante de toutes façons). de la même manière la barrière ouvrante en haut de l'escalier supprimait le risque de chute lorsque nous étions à l'étage. M. & Mme FLIPO avaient gentiment mis à notre disposition tout ce qui est nécessaire pour accueillir un bébé : lit à barreau (avec un très bon matelas), chaise haute, rehausseur de chaise, mobilier enfant (petite table et petites chaises), plan à langer, poussette pliante c'était parfait. Pour nous 2, la grande chambre bleu et blanche du haut est très confortable avec une literie de très bonne qualité, on y dort parfaitement. La douche et les toilettes de l'étage sont très confortables et pratiques ; il y a plein de place dans les grandes armoires des chambres pour défaire les bagages et tout ranger. Équipement cuisine et vaisselle sont très complets y compris quand on veut cuisiner un peu, mixer, batteur, fouets, ustensiles à déguster les crustacées, rien ne manque. Barbecue avec charbon de bois qui nous a permis de déguster un nombre certain de homards sur la table de la terrasse à l'ombre du grand parasol. Concernant l'accueil, nos hôtes ont fait le maximum pour répondre à toutes nos demandes (poussette, parasol puisque nous venions en avion et que les bagages étaient déjà en nombre ; sèche-cheveux pour bébé et sa maman, c'est un vrai bonheur d'être accueillis avec tant d'attentions et de gentillesse. Concernant l'emplacement la maison est vraiment à 5 minutes de Loctudy et de Lesconil, à pieds on peut aller à la plage également ; pour les courses à Loctudy et Lesconil il y a tout ce qu'il faut (la boulangerie conseillée face au temple est effectivement la meilleure). Bref c'était un excellent séjour, l'an prochain nous reviendrons assurément dans cette région et la maison Flipo pour toutes ses qualités et la gentillesse de M. & Mme est une option extrêmement probable.
