About this property

New house at 400 m from the beach of Lodonnec... LOCTUDY

Exceptional setting for a pretty new house of 80m² with garden and terrace, completed at the end of 2023. First rental for summer 2024! The exteriors are being completed but the house and its terrace are perfectly operational.

Equipment:
Kettle, coffee maker (senseo), microwave, toaster, oven, electric plancha for outdoor use with external socket, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer....., Wifi.
Linen provided: sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths.


Environment:
At the port of Loctudy a ferry for bicycles and pedestrians to go to L'ile Tudy and departures for the Glénan archipelago
Lodonnec beach at 400m or Polluen beach at 400m,
White sands beach in Larvor at 1.2 km towards Lesconil

Village and shops 3 km away. Pont l'abbé 7km Leclerc and other shops. Easily accessible by bike with cycle paths.
Quimper bus station and TGV station 30 minutes away by car
Bus: 56 C very regular (Kergoff stop)

The house is separated into 2 parts. The rental part described above is a totally independent part, occupied by the owner.
The garden is being completed. We do not recommend for young children at the moment.

Non-smoking house. No furry and feather pets and others.

Arrival and departure times: Saturday to Saturday arrival 17:00 and departure 10:00.

Wir sind als vierköpfige Familie gereist. Die Unterkunft war toll: hell, modern, stilvoll und komfortabel ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der direkt daneben wohnenden Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation und Reaktion schnell und problemlos. Wir haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung erhalten.

Maison très bien tenue. Toute neuve. Très bien équipée (notamment pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner). Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillante. à 10 / 15 minutes à pied de deux plages. L'endroit est très calme.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison neuve, moderne et parfaitement équipée (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, etc.). La propreté était irréprochable.Le vrai plus : la terrasse,où nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas grâce à un temps ensoleillé toute la semaine.La maison est située dans un environnement très calme, tout en étant proche de la mer– parfait pour se ressourcer et profiter des balades en bord de côte.Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Maison très agréable dans un environnement calme

Superbe séjour dans cette très belle maison neuve, fonctionnelle et bien équipée, le tout dans un environnement très calme, à 5 min à pied de la plage de Lodonec. Caroline habite juste à côté, mais est très discrète, tout en ayant été aux petits soins pour nous. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

Ce fût un réel plaisir d'accueillir Florence et sa famille. Ils ont été très respectueux de la maison et des régles . Ils ont laissé le logement dans un état impeccable. Leur gentillesse et leur discrétion , ont rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable.
