This beautifully decorated condominium (#157) is on the 5th floor in Building #1, which is Mainsail Resort's closest building to the beach. This spacious condo, occupies 2 floors and has the rare quality of providing privacy for adult couples, with two master suites on separate floors, each having their own walk-out balcony. Both have fantastic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The 3rd bedroom has the ability to sleep 4, and a "top of the line" queen size sofa bed adds two more if needed. The perfect getaway for two or more couples or for families needing plenty of sleeping accommodations (10). The Mainsail Resort in Destin is the perfect vacation destination, providing you with 24-hour gated security, nearby shopping at the Silver Sands designer outlet mall, golf courses and every kind of beach activity, including para-sailing and chartered deep-sea fishing. Beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella provided daily at no extra charge.
The Mainsail Resort is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and boasts two pools,(1 heated) and additional large pool complex, complete with waterfall, kiddie pool and hot tub. Mainsail features workout and game rooms, tennis courts and shuffle board. Other family attractions close by include Putt-Putt Golf, Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Gulfarium and the Track Amusement Park. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, ice cream parlors and great restaurants. I asked to check in a hour early because I didn’t realize the time difference from North Carolina, the owner said no problem if the cleaning lady was finished,well she wasn’t matter of fact she was not done until an hour and half past our check in time so we didn’t get into our condo until almost 5 pm our check in time was 3;00 the rest of trip was good until the last day they were drilling and banging all morning and afternoon long they finally stopped at bedtime thank god

The condo had plenty of space for our family, 5 adults and 2 kids. The property location is great, but the condo was not very clean inside. My wife mopped & swept to clean it up a bit. There is mold in the shower in the upstairs master. It wouldn’t take a lot to make it a nice space.

Wonderful Fall Break Stay!

This condo was perfect for our family fall getaway! We enjoyed the quiet gated community which is located convenient to many restaurants and shops. The condo is also perfect for getting to the pool or beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were also great! The condo was clean, beds were comfy, and it was well stocked with towels and miscellaneous supplies (the best I've seen in any of my stays- paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) though you'll still want to bring some extras. We will definitely look to stay here again!

It was so beautiful! The view is spectacular and relaxing! Although it is a condo, it was private and spacious! We had two 5yo’s with us and we were able to keep them entertained between the beach, pool and condo! Additionally, the owners allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled time due to getting in town earlier than we expected. This is beach front and the water was absolutely breath taking. We had so much fun creating family memories! Thank you!

Furniture was old, the couch felt like you sitting in sand, mold in the bathrooms, blinds were broken, dust on the walls. The pit and pans were In bad shape, hair in the stairs. Carpet felt dirty.
