EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2024 All guests are required by the HOA, to register their vehicles and pay a fee to park at the property. This fee is paid directly by the renter outside of VRBO and non-refundable. This unit is allowed up to 3 vehicles at $25 per vehicle for the length of your stay.

Tile floors in all living areas with new carpet in all bedrooms in December 2015. Spacious and open dining and living area with 6 chairs at the table and 4 bar stools plus extra dining chairs. Ceiling fans and flat screen TVs in living room and all bedrooms. 2 Master suites have king-size beds and gulf views. 3rd bedroom has queen size bed with attached bath. 4th bedroom has 1 set of twin bunk-beds and 1 set of twin over full bunk-beds (delivery October 2014).
