Wow, so close to the beach! Only 400 feet to the beach. Condo is across the street from the beach & boardwalk. This beachside retreat features a first or second floor condo that both have porches with a beautiful view of Ocean City and has been recently renovated and features a granite kitchen and bathroom, two flat screen smart TV's, ceramic tile and more.

Top of the line queen size mattresses and custom bed frames in all condo’s bedrooms. Deluxe cool gel memory foam queen size mattresses in the the sleeper sofas for the best comfort and great night’s sleep. 2 sets of queen size bed linens, 2 blankets, 6 bed pillows and pillow cases are provided for your use. Condos are thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant, bleach, air sanitizer and floor sanitizer after every guest.

We are located within 400 feet to the beach and boardwalk. 218 Corinthian Avenue is located between 2nd & 3rd Street in the exclusive Gardens area in Ocean City. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the porch that overlooks a relaxing view of beautiful Ocean City.

Other features include WiFi with Google Home WiFi System for excellent internet access, 2 smart TVs with over 300 premier channels, new Keurig K-Duo Single Serve and Carafe Coffee Maker, outdoor enclosed shower and two window unit air conditioners in each condo. Two beach tags, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach buggy carts are available for your use. There is bike storage space in the backyard. There are no electric charging accommodations for electric vehicles, E-bikes, electric wheelchairs or electric scooters. Everything you need for a great shore vacation is right here.

You can park your car and walk to everything. We are across the street from the beach and boardwalk. Recreation center with basketball courts, football/soccer field, volleyball, skateboard park, track, shuffleboard, playground are three blocks away. Amusements and mini-golf are only three blocks away. Asbury Avenue's shops and restaurants are an easy 15 minute stroll.

Great Getaway!

We loved a much needed getaway weekend here! It was the perfect location for us, just off the beach and the end of the boardwalk with easy walking and bike access to the shops and restaurants around town. The unit is cute and we enjoyed the porch as well as the ability to keep our bikes out back. Great host and communication with easy access. We would definitely come back!

"Beach baby, beach baby, give me your hand!"

All very nice. Well equipped. Bathroom could use an upgrade. Parking on the weekends a hassle. The weekdays were much easier to find a spot. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

July Rental

We rented for the month of July last year and had a blast. The location was steps away from the beach, very close tot he Boardwalk, but still very quiet at night. The property was clean and just as advertised. Although there was not much that we really needed from the landlord once checked in, she was always quick to respond with any questions or needs. I would recommend and will look to stay again in the future. :-)

It would have been nice to have a few basic TV instructions. Never having used dish tv before we had some issues but other than that the place was good. Close to everything. Kind of like a tiny house!

My wife and I LOVED this place!!! Such a clean, well designed, and modern unit! Good quality appliances, including nice flatscreens that you can use with any other modern electronics. It is perfect for a couple, and the location is great! So much within walking distance - it's impossible to be bored. Also, despite being so close to so many great attractions and stores, it is very quiet and peaceful. On top of that, the owners are wonderful and make a real effort to ensure you have a great stay. We highly recommend this rental - best place I have stayed in OCNJ, and I have been vacationing here all my life!

Great site

The only problem we had was that yes it did sleep 4 but there should have been some sort of explanation that it was only 2 sleeping areas. I was there with my granddaughter and 54 year old son. I needed to bring an aero bed for my son to sleep on. All in all we had a great time and would rent the space again!

Shore rental disappointment

Although square footage was listed, this tiny space is cut up in a way making walking from one room to another difficult. Property manager gave the impression that the unit was the 2nd floor of the house, but it is only 1/2 of the 2nd floor. Uncomfortable for 2 people. Bad weather the entire week (not the manager's fault of course!) meant being stuck in this small space

Nice beach weekend

Very nice property available last minute for part of Labor Day weekend. One block from beach with easy access. Street parking due to holiday weekend was limited. Full kitchen, which we used for breakfast. Loved the outside shower and free beach chairs. Would stay again.

Last minute Ocean City getaway.

We decided to try and find a rental property last minute to spend some time in Ocean City since we had other family members staying for the week. I could not have been more pleased with this rental property. It was a small apartment/condo that was perfect for my wife & I. The location is one block from the beach and boardwalk. We were able to walk to everything. I never moved my car once we arrived. The property was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this property for a couple or small family with 1 or 2 children. The property owner responded promptly to all of our questions. If we choose to vacation in Ocean City again, we will most likely make this our first inquiry.

Great location

Condo small but great for 2, with all the basic needs provided. Super fun location: 1 short block from beach and boardwalk. Able to bike ride or walk everywhere. Parking very hard to find, we never used our car all week. Hope to return!
