Step into a beautifully renovated piece of history, originally built in 1902, and experience the perfect blend of classic charm and modern comfort in this inviting first-floor unit. Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this home offers an ideal setting for families or groups looking to relax and explore.
The bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit everyone. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and its own private full bathroom, complete with a stunning waterfall shower. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, perfect for restful nights, while the third bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-full bunk bed, ensuring plenty of space for both kids and adults.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes everything you need: linens, dishes, a full oven, microwave, gas stove top, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.
Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and unwind with 3 televisions offering basic cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime for your entertainment. We also provide 4-5 beach badges for easy access to the nearby beach. The charming, fenced-in yard offers a peaceful escape with 1 outdoor grills, perfect for cookouts. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, and take advantage of the one parking space included with your stay. The yard, outdoor shower, and one of the natural gas grills are shared with the upstairs unit.

I grew up with my summers down in Ocean City where we rented a couple weeks at a time. The youngest of six kids we did pretty well having our vacations down here. We had big family gatherings, beautiful days at the beach, and the nightlife of walking the boardwalk. My mother always loved Ocean City, I told her one day I would own a house down here. This place makes me feel close to her. Its a beautiful house and a dream of mine come true. Its just simple, i want to share the joy of our Shore home with all of you in hopes that you find the magical in Ocean City, N.J. as we did as a children and as we still do.

Why they chose this property

This property is 4 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, right next to the Tabernacle church whom hosts weekly farmers' market event during the summer season, and Ocean City Skateboard Park. Conveniently close to the shopping district of Asbury Avenue, which is one block behind this house. Fun Summer Events held weekly on OC boardwalk and Asbury Avenue.
